Kimberly was a great help to me as a first time Curaleaf customer. There was another staff member helping me as well, but unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Both were great at explaining everything to me and getting me set up with exactly what I wanted. They even made me aware of promotions I didn't know about. Very happy with this experience, I'll definitely be back soon

I have been trying an array of alternatives as the smoking and vaping along with coffee cause a lot of harm to the teeth. Too much coughing after flower,vaping,and i had dental work done and it was very costly. This piña colada tincture is terrific. So are the mega x bites and capsules. Ì

I am pretty new at the whole medical marijuana process and cuts leaf has been the first place I have been to. An each and every time is such a great experience. No matter who has helped me they have always been so nice and helpful and I’m in and out within a few minutes. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

My wife and I both have our medical cards and have strictly shopped at this specific location for over a year and a half only because we are loyal. We placed an order for a sale before 1 PM, and when we arrived at 1:15 PM we were told that it would be an extra $40 because we didn’t arrive by 1 PM (even though the receipt on the order and bag said the price we were prepared to pay) and our order was already prepared.

When we asked what would’ve happened if we paid via Aeropay, would they have then refused my order until I paid more? Of course, NO ANSWER from their newest “manager” other than and I quote “it’s corporates policy and there’s nothing we can do”.

We have spent over $30,000 in this store specifically in the past year, and we will NEVER be back. Customer service used to mean something to people. Not to these new generation of managers. I felt like everyone was a friend there. But nope, they don’t care about any of their customers. Very clearly. They care the LEAST about their LONGSTANDING AND LOYAL customers.

Goldflower here in Ocala that just opened up were very happy and very accommodating to help us. Highly recommend anywhere else!

curaleaf is my preferred dispensary, but I go to this location specifically for the employees. I have been coming here at least once a week for a few years and walking in is like the opening of cheers lol. my wallet usually enjoys the deals too. occasionally I wish this location had a wider selection of strains, but 90% of the time I am able to find something I like, or can always ask the employees for a recommendation.

I absolutely love Curaleaf. All the staff are very kind and knowledgeable! They always have great specials going on & they have a rewards system that helps out! Awesome place, highly recommend.
