The website states they open at 0900. Well. It’s past that time and still the answering machine. Just because it’s an income dependent clinic, a level of customer service should still be present. I am attempting to assist someone but to no avail

I went in to this clinic for an eligibility screening, and although I was not eligible, they have been the most helpful and kind. They were quick to respond and offered references for other clinics that work on a sliding or set scale below the costs of most other primary care providers.
