Cronin Ace Hardware has a wide variety of items as well as extremely helpful personnel. Whenever I am in the store an employee comes up to me to ask if they can help. Not only do they really seem to want to help, they are knowledgeable.

I recently ordered a new grill from Ace Hardware on-line. The grill was the same price as the big box stores with the additional advantage that assembly and delivery were FREE. The earliest delivery date available was December 24, which was fine with me. On December 20 the store called with the unexpected news that the grill could be delivered the next morning between 8:30 and 9:30. At 8:30 a.m. Joe called to say he would be at the house at 9:00 am. At 8:58 he and Charlie arrived with the grill and placed in my back patio. They were much friendlier than your average delivery person. What excellent service they provided! Purchasing a Weber grill and having it assembled and delivered from Cronin Ace Hardware was a positive experience.

If you want outstanding, personal service I highly recommend Cronin Ace Hardware on Phillips Highway - just outside of Nocatee.

Medium sized Ace Hardware. Well maintained and well stocked. Staff was attentive. Large outside yard and garden area. Only reason for 4 stars is that Ace’s prices are consistently higher than the big box stores. You really only go to Ace for convenience.

Bought a pair of Joybees shoes (they look like crocs) from here on April 28. The strap broke through the plastic making them unwearable. I took them back June 2. This is 35 days later. They told me too bad there is nothing they can do about it. Won’t be buying anything from Ace again. They do not stand by their products. Very disappointed.

These guys provide a great neighborhood hardware store. I live in Walden Chase not too far behind this location and every time I go into the store everyone is very helpful and they have a surprisingly large inventory for a smaller store.

Location is fantastic prices are moderate however not the cheapest. If you want to drive 10 miles more... You may save a dollar on the item but spend $2 gas and $10 of your time driving there. Sometimes it makes a lot more sense to shop local.

Glad to recommend these guys as a excellent business who take care of the neighborhood people with class. Thanks everyone appreciate you. 👍👍👍

Very well run Ace. Not a huge store, but it serves its purpose like Ace always does. We need to keep this store in business.
