Ever since the practice was taken over by Dr. Gill from Dr. Narwan, the quality of care has been on an exponential decline. The only positive thing to say about this practice is that Manpreet NP. Has been exceptional in her patient care demonstrating compassion and prioritizing patient care first. Unfortunately it’s not enough to make up for the poor culture of the front office ran by M who always seems to be there to nickel and dime you for every possible charge she can think of. I even received an advanced directive consultation charge. What healthy 32 year old would need to discuss advanced directives with a doctor. After being a patient here for the last 11 years, I will be switching providers due to my poor experiences these last 2 years.

I've been to several different healthcare providers, but NP Manpreet stands out as one of the most knowledgeable and patient practitioners I've encountered. I can only say that she is an excellent communicator because I felt heard when I first spoke with her.

The medical team at Creekside are great, extremely kind, and caring. They treated me as a human, and not as if I was a number. And, while other doctor offices could only schedule a visit with me at minimum 2 months out, the Creekside team was able to see me the same day in which they were contacted.
Nurse Practitioner Manpreet is very thorough, and has been spot on with her medical assessments; she has shown a caring concern for my betterment and has been great at providing me many options in regards to my care. And, the care team is great about making sure that I have the right information, appointments and everything I need before leaving the office, and are great at following up.
Speaking of the office, the picture Google has for an office is not their current office. They have a new office which is spacious, inviting and calming, and is now located at the intersection of Sunrise and Madison. I'm so happy that my wife found this medical team for me; they are fantastic.

I have been taking my parents and mother in law to this office for more than a year now. Doctor's and NP's that have been working here are very nice and they take care of my family very well. The staff at front desk are very helpful in scheduling appointments, doing referrals and taking care of medication refills. Specially Ms M who works very hard all day. I have referred few of my family here already and they love this office. I will recommend this office to all my family and friends.

I am blessed that I was assigned to this Medical Group. All the physicians are very pleasant, knowledgeable, super nice as well as the staff, especial "M", she is the Office Manager. She's very very sweet to all her patients and very attentive to our needs. I consider myself lucky to be one of their patients.

I used to be with KP and switched I’m so happy I did. My Dr is great takes the time to actually listen and explain what’s going on and my best options. She is kind and makes you feel comfortable. The off staff is very helpful and nice. I definitely recommend them.

After having a horrible experience at Dr.Shang's Loomis office, I decided to give his Creekside office a chance! I was pleasantly surprised! M is fantastic and Pree the doctor is great! She listens and is very friendly! If you need a GP give this office a call! I think you will be happy you did!

Madison office: the first year everything was great until they moved location. Now, good luck trying to get through on the phone! Tried many times to talk to staff and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Just gave up. I came down with Covid and called office to get Paxlovid prescription. Gentleman staff member said no doctor available to see us or prescribe medication but he can schedule an appointment 7 days out!! Really? I hope to be over Covid by then. Truly understaffed and not taking care of their patient.
