I'm 32 years old and this is the best dental experience I've had. Vicky, who worked the front of the house was very kind and transparent about insurance and how it worked and we were able to come up with a plan of action which made things make sense financially. Mandy, the dental hygienist was super nice and very informative and made me feel optimistic about where I'm at with my teeth and moving forward. She was also very thorough and worked around my mouth with ease and I was more than comfortable. Dr.Bal came in after my cleaning and was clearly an expert and was able to pinpoint exactly what needs to be done to fix my issues. A good amount of my family goes here and that's how I heard about them and I understand why they recommended me here knowing that I've had some fear with going to the dentist based off of past experiences. Excited to have a place I can go to moving forward and have good experiences. Thank you creekside dental to all your staff and team.

I was too scared to find a dentist after leaving the kids care and having to find an adult dentist. Coming to Creekside my fears were no more, I love the environment everyone makes you feel so comfortable. It’s very gentle and you’re out of there in a reasonable time. Dr. Bal did my 2 fillings in 40 minutes. I 100% recommend and will keep spreading the word about this amazing family dentistry.

I couldn’t have asked for better care. I especially appreciated the 360-degree dental x-ray/CT scan. It was fast, easy, and more comprehensive than typical x-rays. I had extensive surgery and the recovery was painless. I have had more pain at other dentist offices with a simple filling than with this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander and Dr. Bal.

Dr. Bal is a wonderful dentist who takes great care of her patients. She is kind and compassionate ,and patient welfare is her priority. She does not suggest unnecessary treatments. I have been her patient for almost 8 years and feel lucky to have found her. The office staff is also very polite and helpful. If you want a great dentist, then look no further… go to Dr. Bal!

Creekside saved me! I had a dental emergency and none of the other dentists could take on a new patient on such short notice. Creekside was able to see me in 30 minutes and start the exam within the hour. Staff were super nice and accessible. I'm sticking with Creekside in the future.
