I went here on 2018 because I was a delivery diver and I has having problems sitting down was told to go her from my employer said they will pay never happend even tho I have UnitedHealth care all they did was lay me down on table I open up my side butt check they looked told me I had hemroid and send me on my way doing nothing still hurting had to go somewhere else for help and I got charged 2,000$ even tho I felt uncomfortable/ violated in a bit because I usually just walk it off with anything but it was so bad because I could not sit or walk straight found out in other place because they actually did there job i was on some white powder and I guess it was making worse so all I did was stop and was good now all theses years later this charge from this place is on my credit score even tho they did nothing places like this ruining douglas up just go to the Mexico side emergency room its 90× cheaper and they do there job better then here zero stars

Staff and Nurses are good. The actual provider, usually not so good. They typically try different medications, which usually do not work. Instead of maybe reevaluating the problem and different solutions, they just inject pain meds and kick you out. Go to Bisbee.

I went in with an extremely badly sprained ankle. After xrays I was given something for pain, but all they did to treat the injury was wrap it in an ACE bandage. I needed a boot or crutches! Now it will never heal because I did NOT receive adequate equipment required for my healing. GO somewhere else if you can.

My father. Came in after having a heart attach the treatment by the nurses. And the doctor. Were horiabel. The doctor was Verry rude and unprofessional he walked out as my. Father was speaking to him saying verry rude coments. As he walked away and ignored what my father was trying to say . He was down the hall and i could still hear him. Making his. Rude and vulger. Coments, never again will i go into this hospital
