I had a small issue scheduling my telehealth appointment, but received a call from Meg - who is very professional and personable - and my issue was resolved even better than I had hoped. These people really care about their customers.

I purchased a ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machine from CPAPNation/Nationwide Medical in July 2024, along with a Fisher & Paykel Brevida Nasal Pillow Mask and a ResMed AirTouch F20 Memory Foam Full Face Mask. I had high hopes this would improve my sleep, but it’s been nothing but frustrating.

Every night has been a struggle with both masks, leaving me waking up exhausted and with daily headaches. I reached out to CPAPNation for assistance, but their support has been severely lacking. They send you the machine with standard settings and zero guidance on adjustments, so you’re left to figure it out on your own. I even continued snoring with the mask, waking up tired as ever. We have November 2024 and it didn’t help me.

While Meg, the eCommerce Specialist, tried to help, she clearly didn’t have the expertise to advise on masks or settings. It’s baffling that they consider themselves a “medical” company when they lack the necessary knowledge to guide customers on such critical decisions.

Buying from CPAPNation has been a complete waste of time and money. They don’t offer any real support for setting up the machine or choosing the right mask. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you’re seeking genuine assistance for your sleep therapy needs.

I received my order later than the email I received said I would. Once I opened my order, I found it was not what I expected. So, I contacted the company and was told if I wanted to return the order, I would have to pay shipping costs to return it to the company. But that was only if I had not opened the order. How would I possibly know the product wasn't what I expected or wanted any longer? So, I contacted the company again and was offered an exchange or store credit. Why is it so difficult to understand that I'd like to receive a refund for a product that doesn't and won't meet my needs?

Received my order and felt like it was incorrect, since I thought I had ordered (3) packs of (3) replacement filters. I received only (3) separate single filters. Pretty sure I remember the website showing (3) filters in the pack. I double checked my order details and I was wrong. The order was correct. I found another supplier that sells them in a (3) pack for same price as your singles. I may have to shop around for my next restock.

Very comfortable fit but it was my second choice as you didn't have the Silicone Nuesance Pro. Out of stock, must be a popular one. This one has the very small straps hopefully it lasts awhile. Although the velcro wears out on the others.

Repeat order, have been utilizing this company for several yrs. Fast shipping, check emails for coupons...helps offset some of the cost for medical equipment. Will continue to use this company.

Upon receipt of the water reservoir, I found the plastic broken in several pieces. The reservoir was packaged in a plastic bag with no padding. I have thrown it away and I will never order from you again. I don’t have the time to return items that you package so carelessly. I would give you zero stars if it were possible.

After some delivery issues (address is seasonal only so USPS would not deliver for UPS), product was sent back. I contacted vendor and they had it shipped via alternative carrier and product received!! Thank you.
