Dean from the Marina office, was so very helpful! His follow-up was an answer to prayer.
He was engaged, and knowledgeable in troubleshooting with me over the phone. (And Derek at the Citrus Heights shop, was a huge help with my initial set up and fittings.) What a tremendous support these guys have been, in helping me get settled into therapy. Thanks guys!

The folks at CPAP Services were amazing! They were so kind and helpful. After traveling to town late last night I discovered I left a part to my machine. Ivan had the part I needed and is a lifesaver!! Looking forward to getting some sleep tonight. THANK YOU IVAN!

I received my shipment of CPAP supplies and was missing one of the long heated tubings for the CPAP mask. I called them and told them about it and they said they would check on it and get back to me. After two weeks they had never gotten back to me, so I called them back. They said that they had a video of the two tubings being put into the box. So they would not be sending me another one. I told them that obviously you have a thief in your packaging department and maybe you should look into that because I would not be contacting you if I had received both of the tubes. They informed me again that they would not be sending me the second heated tube. This is very poor customer service.
I’m no longer purchasing Anything from them.

We needed a 12v adapter for a trip. I was nice and respectful to the lady working. She how ever was in a horrible mood and extremly rude. She didn't want to give us the time of day and really didn't want us to spend money at their store. Her wish has been granted we will not be doing business with them again.

I believe they need to check the phone lines because everyone is complaining about the same issue. For future users of this company, please do not expect to receive a follow up call or expect to be able to reach out to anyone about the equipment. Please call in advance for your replacement parts, because they will not send them as originally promise. (Ps, it was not your mailman's fault).
A secret to getting a customer service rep, is to pretend to be a new customer. Thats the only way I have been able to speak to someone.
Oh. And if you are expecting the manager to correct an issue, or look into it as promised, dont hold your breathe. Its not going to happen.
In hindsight, the warnings were there, but I ignored them. On the day I was picking up my equipment, an elderly lady was complaining about not being able to reach anyone by phone and drove 2 hrs to get someone to look at her machine that was not working (which they refused to look at, but she left the machine at their door and told them she will come back for it when they fix it). Listen to the warnings. Be prepared. Have a back up plan or be prepared to go the office for help.

I made a call this morning regarding my husband need of help with his recalled dream machine. They had no clue, I asked for the name of the person in charge. I was given Pablo as the name of the person, I also ask to speak to him. The phone went silent. I guess this was the end.
