I've been failing at CPAP for almost 30 years. A man named Angel has changed that. He was the first person to realize I needed a small mask, not large. I'm 6'4 tall and so I and everyone else thought I needed a large mask. Turns out the small versus large is about the size of the nasal passages, not the size of the head.

I went in when a piece of my mask broke while on vacation. The store owner was so nice that he gave me the broken part right away. I would highly recommend this store - incredible service!

The tech that helped me in person with fitting was great! The phone service to make an appointment was not! I needed an immediate exchange of a defective chinstrap and the operator was dismissive of the importance of this item to my therapy and unclear as to when an exchange could be made. I just wanted to drop-off it asap. She
said no? 4 days til formal appointment

I just became familiar with CPAP services because they accept Medicare. They worked closely with my sleep doctor, Medicare, and my supplement to make sure I got all of my supplies at absolutely no cost to me. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they took quite a while to get everything together. Even telling me they never received required paperwork from my doctor. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this store for anyone that has a CPAP machine and Medicare.

I do not recommend this place. I purchased a machine and 6 months later they are billing me for a “rental”. Plus, I had several issues and it’s rare for someone to answer the phone there.

I have a warranty but they leave you without a machine while they send it in to Resmed for repairs. They also don’t answer their phone. The regional office has only one employees who is clearly frustrated. I wish him well.

If you can get a live person to answer the phone, you get a medal. Make it a gold medal if they return your call. I don't know how they stay in business. All calls go through the San Jose office, and getting through the phone tree is frustrating. Why did they move out of their Soquel office before the Capitola office was remodeled? After being open for a few weeks (with dust and bare concrete floors), then they decide to close so they an finish up. The notice on the door doesn't even give a reopening date. So good luck trying to get supplies. If I had someplace else to go, I would do it immediately.
