UPDATE: I originally went here for a 2nd opinion regarding a diagnosis of sciatica. If necessary I requested physical therapy. No X-rays were taken. I started my physical therapy. That’s when my physical therapist recommended an X-Ray. She was right. I contacted Baptist Health in Miami. Once they saw the results of the X-ray they scheduled me right away to see an orthopedic surgeon. I will require immediate surgery. This is not 100% Dr. Covington’s fault. This post is for the idiots on the board that don’t understand the damage their decisions make on those that genuinely need help. I’m no doctor but I believe the best path is, X-Ray, surgery THEN physical therapy. I’m 56 years old and as a result of this mess I may need a full hip replacement. 😡

You have business cards with a phone number that is not going to your office. It rings at Rural Health Network. And you know that. The staff at Rural Health Network is getting sidetracked by this practice. Fix it so they can focus on their clients. Get together with the board and find a solution so that your patients can actually speak with someone in your office. The practice of leaving your patience to fend for themselves is unkind. Witnessing people in pain and confused in your lobby is wrong to me.

Dr. Covignton is the most caring person I’ve ever met. He really cares about his patients, on top of that his team is truly exceptional but Selena takes the gold metal. She is on top of everything and makes sure every patient understands everything. She is definitely a great access to his team. The office wouldn’t be as good without her!!!

Doctor Covington is the most compassionate thorough doctor I've ever Been to in my life experiences of having doctors. He is always very thorough and checks you from Head to toe spending time with each patient according to their Treatment plan.. Doctor Covington has always made me feel very comfortable!!

I made an appointment, they didn't log it in. I had to wait days for them to get my records transferred, they didn't even do that. And Dr. Covington wouldn't correct their failure. He also told me that 30 year old injuries wouldn't cause chronic pain. What a bunch of malarkey
