Dr. Chow is the nicest most thorough Dr I’ve ever met. He’ll answer any questions/concerns you may have. His PA’s are well trained that you feel like you’re talking to Dr. Choe himself! They do an excellent in explaining in detail and anything you need to know about your procedure! Two thumbs up for this urologist!

DO NOT go here!!!! I only gave them 1 star because it required me to to leave a review. I only came to this Urologist because I was referred to him by my Primary Doctor. He removed a stent for me, lasered out a stone and then put a new stent in. I was supposed to come back 2 weeks later for a follow up appointment and to schedule the stent removal surgery. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK WHEN LEFT A MESSAGE! After calling multiple times a day, and leaving messages I finally went into the office to schedule an appointment and they told me I couldn't schedule there. It had to be over the phone. I continued to call and leave messages for several more weeks and finally heard back from them. My stent has now been in 2 1/2 months. I arrived today for my appointment at 9:45 and the waiting room is currently full and the doctor isn't even here yet. The office opened at 8:15! They suggested I reschedule but due to how long the stents been in I can't do that. I was told that any longer then 2 months and it could begin causing kidney damage. So only time will tell how long I'll be waiting today. Do yourself a favor and find a different urologist!

HORRIBLE OFFICE!!! INSTANT HEADACHE GUARANTEED. THEY NEVER, NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. WHEN THEY DO, THEY HANG UP ON YOU.

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET THROUGH FOR 2 WEEKS - MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY.

I ENDED UP GOING BACK TO MY PRIMARY'S OFFICE TO CHANGE THE REFERRAL TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR.

THEY DERSERVE 0 STARS!!!!
