Caught one of their drivers running consecutive stop signs coming down San Bernardino Ave in the Rialto area. Freaking pathetic. I made eye contact with the driver a couple times and that second time I signed him to chill on down and 0 Fs were given as he proceeded to run 2 more!

This place is obviously a joke. I tried to call them to alert them to a safety issue for one of their drivers. At about 230 in the afternoon on Tuesday I was getting off the freeway on the calamus a Boulevard offramp there was a huge line of cars as usual since School had just gotten out there driver decided to make their own left turn lane passing all vehicles on the right-hand shoulder and made an illegal left turn around all those other cars. Mind you this is not an emergency vehicle that has the right to do that and this is a single lane offramp. I wouldn’t trust them to take even my ex-husband who I can’t stand. Much less a loved one

the drivers can not drive the owner came to pick my grandmother up today 1-6-18 for her dialysis appointment and because we couldn't get our neighbors to move their cars he left my grandmother with no way to dialysis on top of the fact that her chair time for dialysis is 2:00pm and he didnt arrive to pick her up until 1:50pm.... terrible customer service the owners wife comes to pick my grandma up with her son riding along and not even dressed properly to transport my grandma safely she has on filp flop sandlas that she can barley keep her balance in ..... its all just ridiculous my grandma came home with a gash on the side of her arm because the owners wife wasnt dressed for work and my grandmas wheel chair was sliding to fast in the ramp and she slammed inside the van and while ended uo gashing her arm because she tried to stop herself ..... if you can have another company transport your loved one i would definitely recommend that.

If i could put no stars i would the drivers are never on time to pick my dad up for dyalisis and always 2hrs late to pick him up ...dont use this company
