Today was my last day at Cove,as I'm moving out of state.I've been coming here for the past 2 years and 4 months and I can't say enough good things about this place. My counselor,Cynthia has been so helpful and genuinely cares about her patients and really takes the time to listen to you and help you through things.Laquisha,one of the dosing nurses,has also been nothing but helpful and SO sweet to me this whole time. She was one of the first people I met coming here and she's just the best. All of the dosing nurses are very nice. Miss Patricia at the front desk is great. The other front desk lady is also the sweetest(I'm so sorry I can't remember some names😭). But anyway,I would recommend Cove to anybody that is in need of help, whether it be mental health help or addiction treatment. It's an adjustment,but as long as you do what you're supposed to be doing,you shouldn't have any problems. Thank you to everybody here that has helped me over these past couple years,I'm going to miss you guys 🥹

Seems ok so far. They start you out at 30 mg and start dosing on your first appointment (intake). Closed sundays so youbwill need a lockbox for a 'take home" on sundays. Really nice staff.

This facility is LIFE CHANGING!!! You're appointed a counselor that you're required to see at a future scheduled time and date. They are not surprise sessions. They are only a surprise when clients forget about them/don't write them down and don't manage their time accordingly. A drug test takes 5 minutes MAX! It doesn't take long at all, and you are also made aware of drug tests when you check in each morning from your phone, check ins beginning at 3am. You are also rewarded for good behavior. For example I am now withing a certain client bracket where I can take my medicine home, and only have to actually go to the clinic twice a week! Pretty awesome!! The only people who hate DACCO and their rules are people who are not actually ready to get clean, in my opinion. If you're serious about getting clean, dacco is a phenomenal facility.

Very friendly staff and besides your first day no long waits. I have been here 2 yrs and have seen some really great staff leave but they always manage to get someone else in that is just as friendly and caring. If you are serious about recovery and tired of withdrawals then I highly recommend Dacco at Lakeland.

I’ve called 5 times to make an apt and no one ever picks up. Or it will just hang up mid ring. Left messages each time it has gone through and no call backs. Finally went in to find someone to talk to and the nurse is apparently only in on Tuesdays and Thursdays so they couldn’t make me an appointment. Not even the receptionist. If there is nothing you can do except on two days out of the week why even be open?

I was a client at Tampa Dacco. Transferring to Lakeland has been a good experience. No lines or long waits. Things aren't 100% here at the new one but are far better than their sister office. Unfortunately Steve left. He was a bright spot in an otherwise dull enviroment. But Dacco saved my life.... I believe it has saved many. For anyone willing to try... you will succeed.

DACCO has been a life saver, I'm not sure how anyone can say the people here aren't wonderful Because they are!
I transferred from Tampa Office and this New office is fabulous.
I'm so glad they opened this facility!
Anyone who can say anything bad is only doing it because they didn't want the help they offer here.
The staff is fabulous the docters are great.

This location of Cove is a small office but have very dedicated staff. Dr. Ashley is awesome and my counselor, Cynthia is the best.
