Dr Kalil is my 88 year old Mom's PMD for the past 8 years, and we love her. She is competent and kind and spends time listening.
Everyone at Countryside is pleasant from the front desk, the medical assistants and techs to the people at check out.
You are never rushed through an appointment. Thankyou to everyone for your caring hearts!

The Dr’s and staff are professional , efficient and friendly. I always have my questions answered and never feel rushed that is more important to me than having to wait for any length of time .Everyone deserves to have their questions answered and that takes time that the Dr’s or staff have no control over . My medical care has always been top notch .

This is the worst practice I have ever gone to in my life. Every single time I go to an appt. I have to wait between 1 and a half hours to over 2 hours. They really don't care about wasting your time, just don't want to waste the Dr.' s time. Although the doctor is nice, the staff is extremely rude. They really don't care about the patients at all. I have never been to a dr that just makes you wait for so long. Awful there. I would never recommend. Find a different dr. who respects you and your time.

Dr. Lee is the best. He is very smart, thorough, and quick responding. But on the same token, he is quite modest. He has many years of experience under his belt, I would trust him with anything. As an athlete, finding a doctor that understands your needs and how you function is difficult. He is my perfect match as he is also an avid fitness enthusiast.

I have never had to wait an unrrasonable amount of time for my appointment. The staff is very friendly and caring. They see me if I need them as soon as possible. It is hard for me to understand a couple of reviews I read. I guess it's true you can't make all the people happy all the time.
