The staff here at Costa Mesa Urgent Care are all super friendly and helpful. I appreciate the welcoming energy and the fact that they make the rooms feel homey (rather than being in a dull, tiny room with 4 beige walls lol). The room was quite spacious and I felt comfortable. This place was great, incredible customer service great doctors that actually care and take time to understand- (I saw Dr Tran)this staff communicates well and a good weight time very clean and prompt with seeing you after taking tests. I was annoying because my car died while waiting and I kept going in and out for AAA and the staff still smile every time I came in and got the door. It’s small but all of them are good energy and made my day a little easier. I’ll be back

In office visit. 2 hour wait. Yhey asked if I wanted to be texted when I called be called. It was perfect. Received a text, went back and was seen immediately. Dr. Mandy diagnosed my problem. Excellent experience
