Dr. Nguyen is amazing! However, they placed the order for my contacts the same day of my appointment. My contact lenses came about a week later and the doctor did not tell me to try out the trials lenses for a certain amount of time before using the new contact lenses. After 2 weeks the vision in my left eye became blurry. I called to ask if I could see the doctor about this and the receptionist was so rude. I explained my situation and she said “well you did receive trial lenses” as if it was my fault that my vision became blurry. I am already stressed that I might have to spend more money after already spending $280 with insurance for my appointment & a 6 month supply of contacts. However, I did not ask her about that. I simply called because I cannot see clearly out of my left eye and she made me feel like I was lying or being an inconvenience.

Hands down such a awesome and comfortable place to go and find glasses.
From the door customer service was fantastic when greeting, to all the exams and speaking with the doctor.
Everyone was knowledgeable and kind when explaining things to me, with any questions I had.
So many great glasses selections and good prices.
Recommend coming here for new glasses needs!
