I had my first delivery here. It was a great experience. I was induced and I had the most amazing and helpful nurses. They made sure I was very comfortable and they helped me position better for my baby to drop faster. Once we did that my baby dropped so quick! I was amazed and next thing I know I’m pushing. She was so motivating helping me through the contractions and pushing and she made me feel all the support. I am very thankful for them. For keeping me and my baby safe. Everyone was great and very helpful. From delivery to lactation help. Amazing.

Well staffed emergency room equipped with capable, professional and kind doctors, nurses and technicians and equipment. Like a well oiled machine this hospital seems to work seamlessly and throughout the entire stay I felt well taken care of and treated well. Doctor Roll has a great bedside manner and did all the tests necessary to come to a diagnosis and treatment that was appropriate. Definitely recommend this place, excellent experience. My faith in the medical industry would be restored if all doctors and hospitals functioned this way.

My intake nurses were wonderful, especially Virginia. She took the time to really learn about me and provide the assistance I needed while calming my nerves. I really felt cared for by her. The surgical nurse Sarah was warm and caring. She held my hand and rubbed my shoulder as I went into anesthesia. The recovery nurse Sarah was wonderful. She took care of my pain, listened to my needs, and was very attentive.
It’s an extraordinary thing when women gather to support each other and that’s the experience I had with the surgical nursing staff at Corona Regional.

Parking there really needs changes! We searched and searched for parking. No luck. So sorry to have taken a spot reserved for someone else. But what else could we do? No street parking for blocks and blocks either.
We checked in early and never got called for Nuclear Medicine- a procedure imperative prior to surgery. Waited 1 hour then asked someone. Person said to keep waiting. Waited 30 minutes more- same person told us to talk to someone else. Talked to someone else who told us to make a phone call. We made a phone call, then within five minutes, people come rushing out to us, apologizing up and down, saying they were never told we were here. That didn’t build much confidence! If you were expecting me and over an hour has gone by, why aren’t you finding out where I am, because I’m right outside your door, all checked in, wearing my check-in badge. They took me in, and they were nice. But I was not in a good mood.
On to Surgery finally- hours and hours late! Surgical nurses were great. Surgeon was great. The ride to surgery? Yikes! So much clutter everywhere!! Surgical nurse apologizes and mentions some kind of move. Anesthesiologist was great. Post Op nurse was great. All staff answered every question I had with confidence. All were kind and courteous. All looked and acted professional. Not a perfect day, but I appreciate all that was done for me. And, with a few fixes, this hospital could earn more stars, from me, next review.

Corona Regional Medical Center was wonderful. All the staff, nurses, techs and doctors are very caring and professional. The hospital is clean and well kept. I needed to be in a couple different departments prior to my surgery. It was well organized and everything was done quickly and completely. Cindy and Kelly in the breast link center were so kind and caring. They fully explained what and how everything was happening. The doctor completed my procedure efficiently and took caution to do it right. The nurses in pre op were very supportive and knowledgeable. The nurses with me had a positive attitude and asked questions and answered mine. My surgeon was professional and caring. Over all I would recommend this hospital. I had an outpatient surgery. They kept my son and family well informed all day.

The staff is nice. Very, very nice I might say. The phlebotomist have a very gentle hand. I didn't even felt he poked me. Seriously, that guy needs a promotion and a raise! The doctor is easy to talk to, and my attending nurse is very, very graceful in putting my IV. And I am saying this, because I am afraid of needles. If I am given a choice whether to have a few inoculation or go to fight for Ukraine, I'll say, "So when are we leaving?!" The reason for the 4 stars is that I want them to improve and continue their excellent care for patients. I don't want to get hospitalized again, but the next time They'll get a 5 Star.

The staff were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone was very attentive and worked in a timely manner. The er doctor and internal med doctor were great and handled all my questions. I had a great experience despite being in there for an illness.
