The team at Corona Animal Emergency Center took wonderful care of our 11 year old shih tzu when we had to have her admitted when she wasn’t eating. They welcomed and encouraged us to visit her, setting us up in our own room to be able to spend time with her. The doctor would call daily to update us on how her night/early morning had gone. All the staff we dealt with were warm and friendly and took great care of our pup. We were able to walk her while we were there and they took care that she’d have things like a blanket and/or bed in the room when we were visiting.

This place was amazing! Not only are they open 24/7 for that emergency. The place is clean the staff is great and the vet was very helpful. She helped me solve the issue and my Penny Pooh is a happy girl!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean facilities. We felt well cared for. Felt seen and heard, very helpful staff. We were referred by our Vet as the wound was very deep and needed many stitches and a drain.

My 13 lb dog ingested a whole chicken thigh, bone and all. On our arrival, after some paperwork , she was promptly taken in, checked over. I authorized an X-ray. Soon the vet discussed findings and several alternatives with associated risks. They were successful in plan A. Follow up X-ray confirmed. Paid a reasonable invoice, and we went home with instructions. Grateful for excellent care Communication with the vet

We had to visit the center when our 18 1/2 yr old cat could no longer go on. Every person at the center was amazing during such a hard time for us. It was the first time for us to use an emergency vet in this area but we're very glad to know that they are there now in case our other babies need something.

We were extremely grateful to bring Tyson to your hospital after a misdiagnosis at another clinic. The difference in care was night and day. This was our first experience with your hospital, but we have already recommended your services to many friends and family members. We especially appreciated the flexibility with visiting hours and the ease of contacting the clinic with questions at any time. This level of accessibility and support provided great peace of mind during a stressful time. Also, your customer service and the attitude of EVERY employee was nothing short of positive and stellar. Even the gal who was quoting us our astronomical bill was fun, thorough, well spoken, answered all questions and was willing to seek answers if she didn't know.

I’ve been to this place twice. Believe me I didn’t want to go my second time around after my first experience but my dog had no time and only ER close enough and it cost me my beloved dog. I signed the CPR form but they still called to for verification (time wasted) DR called me 30 minutes later to tell me my dog didn’t make it. I was beside myself to even talk. I called later in the day to speak with DR to go over what happed as I was able to think and talk. I didn’t even get the respect of a phone call back. My dog died he was family I think I deserve a call back to say the least. This place is a money pit. All they worried about is getting paid prior to anything happening even it’s a life or death emergency. Think twice before you go here.
