I wanted to say how amazing the front office staff was, especially Rye (I hope I spelled it right.) she was friendly and as I waited in the waiting room for my husband’s procedure I heard her go above and beyond to help different patients coming in. She was kind and helpful. The world needs more people like this. The doctors office isn’t always a favorite place to be and people aren’t feeling their best so this was much needed. The staff at the location behind Walgreens on Main/ Ontario St in Corona, were so kind. I was instructed to go to a different location. They were boarded up.
Walked over to their other office and informed I was 5 mins late and could not see me. I tried to explain the issue, didn’t matter.
The correct office called at that point and asked if I was still going to make my appt. Told me they would wait for me and to be safe.
Unbelievable Customer Service from this staff, from the moment I arrived, until they walked me out.
Please 🙏 Can management Acknowledge their wonderful work Ethic and helpfulness. You Do-Not see this anymore….

I made my appointment online easily. I was checked in with no waiting. The technician was kind and considerate with me for my xray. It took less than 10mins and I was finished.

With an appointment everything went super fast and I adored my X-ray technician! She was so nice to me and connected with me even though we were in the room for a short time. I cannot remember her name but she told me she only works 2 days a week and I personally think she deserves a raise! Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation be bearable!

I was seen quickly and did not wait long & most of the staff was polite, however the doctor (Patrick) that did my appointment did not listen to me or my concerns. When he left the room initially he did not say he was leaving for the end of the visit and I had to ask someone else if he was returning. When he returned, he seemed frustrated, asked if I had any more questions and did not close the door for our conversation. When I asked about wanting to get back on birth control, he refused and said I needed to schedule the next visit “at the start of my next cycle” (he did not ask where I currently was), gestured at my acne and said that the birth control would help with that (I had not mentioned acne as a reason for wanting BC). The experience was incredibly disappointing, he was dismissive, I was not listened to and it left me feeling very upset. Cried in my car for a good half hour- you need to do better! You’re meant to provide care.

I’d have to say the front desk lady was really nice, but the lady that took my minor son back he’s 15 and can get a lil nervous when asked certain questions. I asked if I can go back with him only so I can make sure he told her exactly what happened and be accurate then I would of course leave the room, she said normally no else doesn’t go back and I can but wait in a small room near by. I didn’t and stood nearby so I can tell her something. She was so rude and inconsiderate that I wanted to have a word with her just to speak or even talk to her. My son told me as we were walking out to our car that she complained about me to the other technician why I needed to go in there like I had no reason. Very unprofessional this woman. I gave it stars only because of the nice lady at the front and we got in & out pretty quickly.

Great customer service. They took me with out any appointment and was in and out quickly. The front desk receptionist was very polite and customer oriented. The technicians were great too.
