Ken was wonderful technician. Friendly and talked me through the process of the MRI I had. All the staff members I met were friendly and answered any and all questions I had. I would prefer to go to this center rather than any of the other Radnet centers near me in Riverside. The relaxing atmosphere put me at ease. Thank you all!

This was my 2nd experience at this facility and I do appreciate having the machine open on the sides. Somehow it makes you feel less claustrophobic even though I have my eyes closed the entire time! However, this time I’m not sure why but no one was talking to me which made it a bit more difficult. In the past someone is usually telling me how long the next noise is going to last or how much longer the procedure will be, they have also said that they needed to come into the room to adjust me. That didn’t happen this time which made it a bit more difficult but I was able to work through it. Even with this mornings procedure being a bit difficult (maybe it was just to early🤔) I would go back to this facility again!

quite a funny story I might add I scheduled for an appointment at 6:20 and then informed that I was actually supposed to be there at 6:20 the next day but she was a miracle maker and got me in that night now I take my night meds at 6:00 and they make me pretty drowsy and as I'm in the MRI machine I fall asleep and the way I wake myself up is by snoring it was funny as hell. I get up but the gentleman working didnt wait me walking because i was running into things. The gentleman's were amazing and we're really patient with me and I adore them for it. They were so polite and gentle and knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable I would give them 10 Stars if I could thank you for an amazing experience I shall be coming back to this Imaging place again thank you so much, love Tina

The team was amazing and incredibly courteous. Technician was patient and very encouraging me—telling me I could do it. Although I don’t like MRIs, I will come back here if I need another one.

Let me start by saying the staff was very kind and accommodating. I suffer big time from claustrophobia and they somehow talked me through ways to get through it. Even gave me some words of encouragement both before and after the MRI. If you’ve never had one on your brain, they close your head into a little cage prior to sliding you into the machine. My anxiety was on overdrive.
I typically have issues with getting IV’s without fishing for a vein. The tech did an AMAZING job and it was quick and easy. He even allowed me to take a few moments to get my bearings back in order before putting me back in the machine with the contrast to complete the MRI. I don’t normally write reviews, however, I was very impressed with them and thought I would share.

All staff was extremely polite. Along with being very professional and well informed. MRI technician was especially kind and explained everything very well before proceeding with any procedure. I definitely recommend this company to anybody in need of an MRI. Sincerely Joyce Brown

Nice people who made me feel at ease about doing the MRI.
They have an open MRI machine which was so much better than than the typical tin can, closed machine.
If you are anxious or tend to be claustrophobic then this is the place to go. My experience was good.
