The receptionist and MRI technician listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that resulted to positive results. They both displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel valued. I highly endorse Corona Advance Imaging for their excellent service.

Worst experience ever. I will not be back if this is my only option. The front desk was Isabella. This is the worst front desk ever. Extremely racist. She treats the patient as if he is coming to play. She intentionally delays. She treated me disrespectfully. She made excuses that I do not have an approval from the insurance. She made me call the insurance and wait after 2 hours. My doctor sent the approval again, she told me to make another appointment. From the first moment, she was disrespectful and her intention was not to let me in today, and that happened. If this Isabella is in the center, I guarantee that in the future everyone will avoid this center.

Again had imaging and cannot express enough how polite, helpful, kind, patient ALL of the staff are. From entering the waiting room to entering the MRI, all staff and techs were wonderful. I will ONLY come to this location due to the professionalism and caring atmosphere from all staff. 886 Magnolia Ave. Corona

You can get in and out in record time compared to Riverside or San Bernardino. The bad part of dealing with the Corona facility is the billing office. I have always had a PPO that covers 100% of my mammogram cost. Last year I went on Medicare, but I still have my PPO. For the last 4 year I get a bill. I go back and forth with until I am at my wits end. After about 4 months I’m notified that my insurance paid the bill. last month I had my Medicare advantage company call them to make sure they bill it to them. Today I got another bill. I call them for the 4th time. . I can’t go back to the Corona facility after this.

Very nice clean building both inside and out.
The staff is pleasant and address's your concerns, your not a number, from the moment you walk in you are treated like a person, your concerns are their concerns.
I have been there many times and it has always been a pleasant experience. From check in to check out, maybe 30 minutes total,
This is a smooth operating business.

We had to text to check in, which was fine. They responded fairly quickly. They had us upload a picture of the Dr. ‘s request. And then the expected wait time was 45-60 minutes. (The day before they had said an hour to an hour and a half. So we said we’d come back next day. And we did.) It ended up being about 70 minutes before we were called in. Then another 10 minutes in the waiting area, then 5 minutes in changing room. It’s fairly efficient, you just have to plan for the wait.

I have been to this facility several times and they have always been courteous and fast and friendly. I went this time for an ultrasound I had an appointment at 2:15 gave him my health insurance card and barely had time to sit down and they called my name. The waiting room was full so I’m not sure if they were walkins or what. The girl that did the ultrasound and the student were in the room they were both very nice polite and treated me with respect. I don’t know what all the bad comments on here or about but I can see nothing but good clean and efficient
