My experience at Cornerstone has been more than I could have ever imagined. Both my brother-in-law and sister recommended Cornerstone when I needed to start outpatient PT as part of my treatment for cervical spine fusion surgery which was very complicated and painful. I also had other issues with long-term hip dislocation and lumbar spine complications with chronic pain; I say this with past tense because Dr. Jacob has been unbelievably knowledgeable and skilled at providing me with treatment to cure my hip pain and dislocation; after just 2 sessions of shock-wave therapy at Cornerstone, my lumbar spine pain has subsided more than ever compared to previous steroid injections. This was the most shocking and pleasant feeling physically and mentally I’ve had in over a decade of coping with my chronic pain. With the shockwave therapy my lumbar spine pain has finally subsided compared to the short-lived pain treatment from the steroid injections this past year. Moreover, the PT treatment at Cornerstone for my cervical spine underscores the talent of Dr. Jacob and his team of practitioners. I feel better after each session and leave feeling relieved that the therapy and the chiropractic adjustments are working. I can’t say enough about Dr. Jacob’s treatment; He is skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. The individualized plan is whole, and I feel like I am moving forward at a pace I could not ever foresee. No more pain medication since my third session. That to me is life changing. Now. If you’re thinking about going to Cornerstone, they are experts at what they do. Do it.

Dr. Jacob and Dr. Fergus were absolutely phenomenal to work with and helped me get my life back! I’d sustained a concussion that I thought was relatively mild until the symptoms persisted for months and became somewhat debilitating. The treatment protocol they employed was thorough (they worked on my eye tracking, balance, exercise tolerance, had supplement recommendations, etc!), precise and effective. I was always blown away with both the breadth and depth of their expertise. Dr. Fergus has a dedication to continuous learning and improvement and it shows in the quality of cutting edge care at his practice. Highly recommend!

For about a year, I've been taking Cornerstone's small-group Foundational Fitness classes three mornings a week with Liz. In a nutshell, these hour-long classes focus on training movements that mimic everyday activities for better mobility, flexibility, stability and strength - all qualities that tend to diminish as we age. I'm in my 70's. Class members learn the benefits of kettle bells, medicine balls, barbells, free weights, resistance bands and more, all to help them get fit without getting hurt. But you'll sweat! Like I said, the classes are small and the folks who attend are from all walks of life. You'll feel welcome from the get-go as your classmates offer you their support and encouragement. But the real champ is instructor Liz, who takes her students under her wing with great experience, care, coaching, drive, warmth and humor. I cannot believe my improved level of fitness after a year. Give it a try. You'll never struggle to get up from a chair again!

My experience at Cornerstone Health was excellent! I went in with pain in my right buttocks radiating down my right leg that was on going for weeks, that would wake me up in the middle of the night, and walked out pain free. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Fergus as he was very knowledgeable, skillful, and was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. All the other staff members took good care of me as well ensuring that I understood all exercises. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Health!

As a healthcare provider myself, I often try to treat my own ailments. After reaching a plateau in the treatment of my own leg, I consulted with Dr. Ben and was impressed with his expertise and approach. Happy to say my leg feels much better after just a single session. I went in for what turned out to be adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) around 18 months ago. Dr. Fergus, Dr J. and Liz addressed this successfully through a holistic combination of chiropractic treatment, shockwave therapy, and tailored exercises. The ethos is refreshing (about discovering and addressing root causes rather than just treating symptoms). The team is expert, friendly, and attentive. The back office appointment and check-in system is seamless. Cornerstone also offers a range of excellent classes including their foundational fitness strength and conditioning program which, for me, has been a panacea for the adverse effects of over thirty years in a sedentary job. Supervised (so you can be confident you are exercising beneficially), non-judgmental (tailored to what the individual feels capable of), and sociable. I now go every week and feel part of the Cornerstone family. Highly recommended!

I walked into Cornerstone in immense pain caused by a partially torn meniscus. Every step I took was painful. I was told that i needed knee surgery, but was looking for a more conservative alternative.
After 4 weeks of shockwave therapy and exercises tailored to my specific issues, my pain level has been reduced to the point that I am back to a very active lifestyle. I was more than impressed with Dr. Fergus, Jacob and Liz and have recommended them to several friends.
