I have been going through HELL with this place. they NEVERRRR call in your meds when they say they did. They take forever to get back to you when you call with an issue. I haven’t ONE time had my meds put into the pharmacy the way they supposed to. not ONE. that means they have failed me 100% of the time. The doctor is so great, It doesn’t matter though if i can’t get the meds he’s trying to give me. i shouldn’t have to chase them down to get the meds THEYRE telling me to take. it’s been half a year and i haven’t had ONE month to the way it’s supposed to. disappointed.

I had a quick convo about my physical health during my covered annual visit. They billed it so that it was an additional charge, which my insurance did not cover. I was billed for 30 minutes of discussion on the topic, at the tune of $329. Insane. Try U of M or something else. I all year to discuss my health, and I still have to be put on a payment plan for asking a question.

Practice was good until Dr. Khalil disappeared from the practice. All of a sudden received a call that my appointment needed to be rescheduled with a different provider. Office is unhelpful, especially since Dr. Khalil left, have to argue with them every month to get my prescription refilled. No response to voicemails or portal messages.

I had a well child visit scheduled for my son. Appointment was scheduled 3 months ago with his PCP who apparently is no longer at this facility. Beaumont Haggerty Associates never bothered to notify me that the doctor was no longer in the practice. They just rescheduled us with a different doctor. No thanks! I choose my kids doctors, no one else!

Best doctor's office I have ever been to. Staff is extremely friendly and organized and just really on their game. I have had two doctors at this facility (one of them moved) and they both have been personable and caring. Great place.
