Core Wellness allowed me to write my story for a better me and mental health in 2023. It began with their online Facebook ad that introduced me to gut biome testing, body rate metabolism measuring and creating a plan to my fat loss. The staff have been nothing but helpful, colorful and always serve with grace.

Honestly if I never discovered this place I would have never taken action on my health. I would have never surrounded myself with like minded people who wanted me to help them, help me.

Core Wellness definitely invites people who are financially minded and willing to invest in a better you. When you add up the cost of eating out and buying junk food for the house you basically could afford them at any time. I recommend this for anybody who wants to change their lives today!

Tisha, Courtney, Heather, Edie and the rest are superb. Core Wellness is an excellent place to achieve your dietary and fitness goals. Tisha offers great dietary counseling and different modalities for your weight loss journey. Courtney and Quin are two of the best trainers in the game. Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive. I look forward to my sessions.

I didn’t know what to expect when I went there for an evaluation. I wanted to try the Red Light Lypo Therapy and I love it! I also use the vibrating machine which is easy. You just stand there and let the shaking help you drop those pounds! How easy is that?! I have met and made new friends there who genuinely want what’s best for me. All of the staff are such nice /caring people. I have learned so much from everyone there, like why water is so important to us and people should eat foods according to your DNA makeup. Who knew? Are you a deer, bear or tiger? Come check it out. You love everything about Core Wellness. There is so much more available too, like personal trainers, hyperbaric chamber, cold plunge, sauna and more! Come give them a chance to help you be the healthy person you want and deserve to be.

I sought nutritional coaching from CORE beginning in June 2024. I signed up for the 6 month program. I’m nearing the end of my time with them, and I am genuinely so sad it has to end! Love this place!! I have been working out at core wellness for almost 3 years! I like that it’s a smaller gym because you know everyone and it’s not too crowded. I’ve worked with a couple trainers there you can’t go wrong with any of them!

This is my happy place.
Being a small business owner is stressful, but I've found that starting my mornings at Core Wellness sets a great tone for the day. At 39 years old, I've realized my health is just as much about recovery practices as traditional fitness and workouts.

Everything is extremely clean. The girls at the desk always bring great energy, even in the mornings, and the essential oil defusers in basically every room are a real cherry on top.
