My experience with multiple mental health professionals has never been good. However, this place has really changed that.
They are understanding and kind the minute you walk through to door.
My therapist, Brooke, is the most comfortable person I’ve ever talked to. She’s relatable, kind, supportive and personalize her approach based on your needs. It never feels she’s reading off a psychology book like most therapists.
Best part is if you work a 9-5 job they are very flexiable making therapy available to everyone!

I had counseling via zoom with the Chandler office, and I wasn’t fulfilled with these sessions. When I reached out to my counselor and it took her several days to respond. I contacted the office, left a voicemail to be assigned to a new counselor and I never received a call back.

The lack of communication from Core Balance is frustrating and a huge let down when you need someone to speak to.

Find another location for your counseling needs. While I have no issues with the service received from my counselor the new ownership has instituted changes to policy that make it not worth the hassle or cost.
