I have been a petient of this clinic for over 8 years. Dr. Sanchez is a great physician but the staff @ the front have a lot of ground to gain. I was late for an appointment due to an emergency and a 5 minute visit for a prescription that I needed was being forced to reachedule. Very disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff.

I am considering very seriously moving my entire family to another practice. If you treat your loyal patients this way....I wonder how the treatment is for new referrals.

This is my own honest opinion and I wish that management really took this comments seriously.

I went for a physical and Dr. Corniel did the most thorough check.up I've ever had. Everyone is very pleasant there. Downside was all three of my appointments I had to wait awhile past my appt time.

Very nIce medical and office staff. But, at least in my case, it appears the staff has dropped the ball on several occasions in communicating with my pharmacy and my insurer in order to get a prescription approved.

After consistently checking with the pharmacy and insurer several times it appears the CRM staff has not followed through in receiving and sending required forms. CRM claimed to have not received the faxed form from the pharmacy so after two days I personally handed the form to a CRM staff member.

Two days after that my insurer claims to have not received the form from CRM. A week has passed since I was given the prescription. The only progress made was when I picked up the authorization form from the pharmacy and took it to CRM.

I can't say whether the medical treatment was good because I've yet to receive the medication. And I can understand either the pharmacy or the insurer having goofed up the process, but not both. This is especially the case when the pharmacy and insurance customer service reps have spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me researching the issue while the CRM staff has been curt.

I'd like to give them higher marks but can't. At this point I've decided to move on to another physician.
