Good service for an issue for my Mom. Not great
Communications. No one picked up the phone
When my mother was transferred to the hospital to get a transfusion. Bad communication about getting things together so we can take Mom home.
Nurses were great, dietician was too after Mom made her wishes known. Staff great to. Wish communications with Social Director was better.

If you truly care about your loved ones, avoid this facility at all costs. After being discharged from the hospital, my mother-in-law was sent here to "recover," but what we’ve experienced has been nothing short of a nightmare.

In just two weeks:

Her room has been filthy, showing a complete lack of basic hygiene.
The so-called "food" they provide is disgraceful and barely edible.
The staff’s care and compassion are non-existent.
She is unable to lift one of her legs, yet the overnight CNAs admitted they aren’t even trained to assist her to the restroom. Instead, they leave her sitting for hours in pain, neglecting to provide critical medication. This negligence caused her blood pressure to skyrocket dangerously high, forcing her to be rushed back to the hospital.

This place is not a recovery facility—it’s a place of suffering. I wouldn’t wish this treatment on anyone. If you love your family, please don’t make the same mistake we did. We can only hope her last days here improve, but the damage has already been done.

This was the most disgusting horrible place. Do not take your family there. Living wills mean nothing to the staff because they do what they want anyway. The grief they caused our family was unbelievable. They do not honor hospice doctor orders or orders from the hospice nurse. They're completely untrained about end of life care. Please take your loved one anywhere else but this place.

If you value the well-being of your loved ones, avoid this facility at all costs. My mother was placed here for recovery after being discharged from the hospital, but the care she’s received has been appalling.

Over the past two weeks, we’ve witnessed:

Unacceptable living conditions, with her room left in a constant state of filth.

Meals that are either skipped entirely or so unappetizing they’re impossible to eat.

A staff that shows no empathy or willingness to provide the support she desperately needs.
She has limited mobility and cannot lift one of her legs, yet the overnight aides confessed they lack the proper training to help her to the restroom.

Instead, they leave her unattended for hours, causing her immense pain. To make matters worse, they’ve resorted to overmedicating her just to avoid dealing with her, a practice that’s both cruel and dangerous.

This neglect has already led to a severe medical emergency, with her blood pressure reaching a critical level and requiring hospitalization. What’s even more disheartening is that the medical staff here avoids addressing family concerns, speaking only to her and leaving us completely in the dark.

This is not a place of healing—it’s a nightmare. If you care about your family, spare them this treatment. We can only hope things improve, but the damage has already been done. This is a level of care no one deserves.

Wish I could give no stars as this place is disgusting and the care is awful. My mother in law was moved here after a hospital stay so she could get stronger before going home. The food has been inedible. The nurses have been rude and unhelpful. Telling her they aren’t trained to help her to the bathroom, so instead leave her for hours. When needing med changes no one can get ahold of the doctor causing her to need to be transported to the hospital. I wouldn’t send an animal here and wish we never sent mom here and cannot wait to get her out.

Facility is not good. Most staff here for a low pay check. No love or bedside manner. No sense of urgency. They will lose your laundry. They do bare minimum n since staff is petty& heartless no one wants to work there. They don’t follow proper practices. High staff call out n turnover rate. U will have many patients n they have bed sores from being neglected all day. Served cold n tasteless food. They won’t eat it n if need help eating won’t get help. Bugs n mold making u sick. Rarely serve fruit. Dirty water. Barely bathed. No mouth care, rare hair care, they don’t use wipes, Funky . They will put new patients in an uncleared bed/room . U won’t know if a person has Covid because they don’t relay to u until too late. If u have to put love ones in there , I encourage a camera n visiting often. I worked here plenty n once told nurse resident wasn’t breathing n he continued doing what he was doing which wasn’t important. I could go on n on! Be aware wat youre getting into . If u want to file a lawsuit maybe but not for good service or care. Owners are getting rich and not putting back into facility. They don’t even use wipes and linens are ripped , dirty, and stained. Resident will be Medium, Lg, and Xl but they only have small briefs. They don’t make sure everyone has a snack at night when dinner is before 6pm! Go and pull them sheets back and turn your loved ones and see how they’re really treated.

My dad was a patient there had to take him out against medical advice and try to get him into another facility they have the worst staff you could possibly imagine I understand how hard every job in that place can be and give plenty of grace when giving this review but even with that said that place should be shut down staff simply doesn't do there job my dad was not mobile they leave him in bed for hours in soiled clothes and bedding and when finally do change him leave the soiled clothes and bedding in room smelling the entire room up for hours they would withhold meds for hours even days they they caused him to miss 5 of the 7 dialysis appointments he had while he was there I had to discharge him against medical orders from there so I could get the medical attention he needs if you care about your family member chose another facility
