I was given COPA when they were Partners in Recovery. Being designated SMI at a time with drug issues, I felt unheard for a long time.
Ever since Janet Foster became my psych & Ari was given my case profile, I couldn’t ask for a better team. Ari was wonderful & after going through 10+ case workers, she was a breath of fresh air. She did end up leaving after about a year, and I was assigned to Regina with Platinum team. If I could give 100 stars to Regina alone, I would. I cannot foresee having a better case worker than Regina. She’s personable, checks in on me regularly, asks if I ever need help/resources with a simple text message! She gets more done in 1-day for me than any of my previous client case workers could do in months. Janet listens when we have our monthly or semi-monthly appointments. She is wonderful. But I want Regina to receive great praise from the entire treatment team, she is a true MVP for this company. Give her a raise & make sure to not let her quit due to money or anything. She’s extremely valuable in so many ways.

I’ve read the reviews, I’m so sorry. I have been battling with them my self for my son . They make failed promises, they don’t return calls, they really don’t care. I’m not sure why the Proper authorities have not been update. Completely lack of communication! And they don’t care.I sat there one time for approximately 2 hours only to meet with a smug case worker, she couldn’t speak with me. Fine but now my son is homeless. When I called the corporate office I was told to throw my son out in the street. How is this helping?

This facility is pathetic and should be investigated and shut down. I have been abandoned by Copa many times as a patient. I get a call today from my so called new case manager after months of no contact. By the way my case manager changes as least twice every other month if not more. Giving up on this place and in the process of finding another facility for assistance that I can transfer to.

This is the most unprofessional mental health clinic I've ever had to deal with. They failed to make promises, they did not answer or return calls, & the receptionists are super unprofessional & rude. When I asked when I would get a case manager, the woman chuckled at me, then when I got a case manager, I never heard from him. A complete lack of communication & they don’t care, they don't have a happy or welcoming tone either. When I didn’t go to a few appointments, nobody tried calling me to see if I was alright, it's like they forgot about me. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER FOR HELP.

This place is beyond worthless. I have been begging for help for years and not gotten a lick of it. They have no resources, no aid, no anything. Even their VR services are a joke. They should have applied for a housing voucher for me years ago but never did. The dr is negligent af and will ignore your health concerns. And when I say they have no resources I mean NONE. Like zero. You will not receive ANY help from this clinic beyond them throwing medication after medication at you.

I use to have THE BEST CASE MANAGER EVER. But she moved on to the FBI, which I'm so happy for her. She has seen me at my absolute worst and did everything to support me. Unfortunately, the case manager I have now does nothing. Gave me a list of resources on the 3rd because my roommate and I didn't have all our rent just told me to call them. Didn't even tell me which ones serve my area. I lost my job after I became ill with end stage renal failure so my depression was very bad. My job meant the world to me, I was a counselor at a methadone and Suboxone clinic. On top of that my renal failure and dialysis interupts a good chunk of my life, it's difficult to get use to, especially if you have mental illness on top of all that. So my parents paid two months of my share, which I'm so grateful fo. I reached out to my case manager and not much of anything from her, she hasn't even checked on me. I called last week about my landlord giving me a 5 day eviction notice when DES turned us down and she tells me that she'll put me in to see the housing director but that I probably won't see that person in 5 days. Well, why didn't you set me up with them when I first made you aware of the situation? If it takes time, we had time at that point! Didn't make a bit of sense!! I called the supervisor and no call back from her and it's been several days! So, they really don't give a poop about us or what happens to us. I've been with them for at least 6 years and the quality of service has gone down significantly!
