The staff at Conviva Pembroke Hiatus are wonderful! The check in staff is friendly and attentive. The MA and support staff (phlebotomist) are caring and helpful. Dr. Rivera is just a gem of a physician. She genuinely cares and takes the time to go over any concerns. The managers; Shirley and Jennifer are both delightful and professional.
Mary, the care patient coordinator is always very helpful, friendly and facilitates patient needs. This is a great doctor’s office with caring people. The name may have changed, but the genuine care and quality of care remains the same.

I recently visited this medical center with the primary goal of gathering information for my grandmother's potential transfer. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly girl at the front desk Katherine, whose friendly welcome set a positive tone for my visit. She was incredibly helpful, providing all the necessary information I needed regarding services, specialties, and the overall environment of the center. What struck me most was her attentiveness; she took the time to answer all my questions.

The medical center itself was well-organized and had a welcoming ambiance, which further reinforced my impression of a caring environment.

Based on this initial visit, I feel optimistic about transferring my grandmother here. The combination of a helpful front desk experience and a nurturing atmosphere makes me comfortable recommending this center. I hope that the level of care continues to meet my expectations as we move forward.

I have been a client at this facility for several years. I can depend on Desiree and Katherine to welcome everyone with a smile and cordial greeting. Not just clients but co-workers as well. Even on the busiest days, they both remain composed; ready, willing & able to help everyone. I have seen how they both are so patient & caring for elderly patients. Dr Alina Rivera makes me feel like she is really concerned about whatever is bothering me. I believe she values me because she doesn’t make me feel like just another patient. Conviva/Elite highly recommend to anyone. Our doctor, Ana Garcia is the best doctor we’ve ever had. She is more like a family member she meets all our needs. Shirley and the girls are great But the two girls up front Katherine and Desiree Are like a ray of sunshine. They’re always there to greet you with a smile and make sure that all your Needs are taken care of. Kudos to the whole staff.

She is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and caring and it’s always willing to answer all your questions. Her office manager. Shirley is exceptional always available and is extremely helpful Regarding referrals, diagnostic test that may be ordered, or anything you need as a patient she makes you feel like family. Lastly, Jenny, her assistant is also always there to help. She answers all your questions and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done. I came to Conviva via Elite, have been seeing Dr Alina Rivera for over 5 years as my wife’s and my PCP; my review is based on Dr Rivera actions and professionalism, she is a very intelligent woman and impeccable in her care, she has treated us way above and beyond her responsibilities, my wife suffers from a delicate issue and Dr Rivera made it her mission to find out and help my wife any way she can, very accurate on her diagnosis and keeping up with the latest medical developments; she’s our physician for as long as it takes.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention her excellent support staff like Mary Dobles, Jennifer Correa Isabel and many more that make us feel very comfortable and taken care of.
