I was just to your phone and nostril spray because my nose was bleeding. The management of this whole center was pretty much wild. There was no sequence of management of the staff people been waiting for there for like five hours. Our wait is three hours just to get an nostril spray and it was really a dumb idea. To wait it was not like they were just getting in and getting out the patient. They were just no management of the staff. receptionist Don’t know how long the weight . Then why he sitting over there. He tell me that there are different departments like I just ask him why there is a different department and when my line gonna serve. Overall experience was so bad because no management of staff. Doctor was always late for 20 minutes. Then same thing they’re gonna repeat the same thing which you’ve done with nurses are the receptionist you got blood pressure everything all allergies know it was total waste of time just to get a nostril spray. Overall, I would recommend you to get a Kaiser. It’s gonna be better than this.

Very impressed with this hospital. Very clean, well staffed, checking process was thorough yet efficient. I was nervous as I fear hospitals but they treated me with care, listened to my concerns and Ididn't feel like they were rushing me out cuz my issue wasn't that life threatening.

I've had a lot of issues as of late. I think it could be a lot better my doctor retired and I can't get any help since then. It's extremely hard. Without going into my personal problems I've had a lot of issues with this Hospital and Contra Costa Health Services in general

My mother went there to the emergency room and they showed little to no care for her privacy. She went to the emergency room with a serious uterus infection and she was bleeding a lot. The staff asked my mother if she was rapped in front of all the other patients in the waiting room. This was gisgusting. The previous time I was at the emergency room the staff also violated the privacy of another patient in the waiting room.

On Saturday, August 19, my mother went to the emergency room with covid. Over time, the headache, stomach, chest, and back pain worsened. My mother has hasma so it was hard for her to breathe, she had a high temperature and was vomiting, they left her in a room for an hour and a half supposedly waiting for a doctor who never showed up, with no signal I couldn't communicate with her from outside, my mom asked for tylenol or water and they ignored her, how can you deny someone a glass of water? my mom drank tap water throwing up in the bathroom she was in pain and none of the nurses could help her she ended up coming out and contacted me my mom almost passed out i had to take her to the hospital in berkeley what kind of ethics do these have nurses and doctors?

Was instructed by my doctor to seek ER care and immediate IV antibiotics for an infection. I arrived and told the check in station this. I waited for 4 hours during which time the area swelled significantly and became numb. I relayed this to the staff and waited another half hour at which time an RN confirmed this was the correct coarse of treatment but wanted a doctor to look at it. It was over an hour later that the doctor finally came to my room looked at it and wasn't sure, he then asked if I had insurance which I confirmed and then he said oh it might be allergies and wanted to do blood tests. At this point I asked for a second opinion as I was very concerned about the necessity of the blood test, the increasing seriousness of my condition and the fact that doctor was going against what multiple other medical professionals had said so I left and went to another local emergency room where I was immediately admitted. The PA immediately agreed the original infection diagnosis was the case and that given the symptoms it was not allergies and that immediately provided antibiotics.
