This agency is not professional. They set our current health health aid with a new patient and did not inform us or provide a replacement. We found out the same day she didn’t want to continue. My grandmother is 96 years old and requires full attention so dropping her home health aid services on the same day is unacceptable. It took me multiple phone call to find a new agency. I hope your family members don’t have to go through the same mistreatment.
Esta agencia no funciona de forma profesional. Ellos le asignaron otros pacientes a la asistente sin informarnos o proveernos con un remplazo. Nos dijeron el mismo dia que ella decidio no venir cuando ellos lo sabian con tiempo previo. Mi abuela tiene 96 años is requiere atencion de tiempo completo. Me tomo un dia entero para conseguir otro agencia porque ellos no se tomaron el tiempo de conseguir a alguien nuevo sabiendo que mi abuela requería de cuidado constante. Espero que su ser querido no tenga que pasar por la misma situación. No le doy cero estrellas porque no puedo.
