Joining Conquer Functional Wellness was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only do they offer nutritional guidance but the red light therapy and infrared sauna help in restoring the body's natural regenerative powers along with helping to reduce the stress of every day life. LOVE coming to Conquer Functional Wellness twice a week. I started coming in January of this year for Lipo Laser and Red Light Therapy. I am really impressed with the results: shaved a few pounds, cellulite on legs is almost gone. Overall I feel great and recharged. The facility is always spotless and their staff is super friendly. You definitely need to give it a try!

I love the infrared sauna! I have also used the cryotherapy, the red light therapy, and the hyperbaric oxygen chamber which are all great, but my favorite is definitely the infrared sauna. Staff is always friendly and professional. Facilities are very nice. Highly recommend!

Conquer Functional Wellness has completely transformed my body , mind, and overall health. I started coming in august of 2022 and have seen reaped SO many benefits. The facility is clean & relaxing, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The infrared saunas are my favorite amenity to use. I leave feeling light, refreshed, and detoxified. I absolutely LOVE conquer and can’t recommend it enough!

I had a blood panel done here. Ms. Jan, who took my blood gave me the easiest "poke" I've ever had. No need to fear needles when she's on the job!

Dr. Lisa, the dietician, is helping me improve thyroid function and lower my cholesterol through food choices. In only a month, I've lost a few pounds, gotten more consistent sleep, and feel that I have better brain function. I would prefer that she cut down on time by sticking strictly to lay speech. Eg. She could have simply said, "Your good cholesterol is great, but your bad cholesterol is ###, which is too high, and should be no more than ###. To change this, you need to xyz or you could suffer these consequences." I felt like she spent a lot of time on different breakdowns that didn't make a practical difference to me.

I think Dr. Rusty should have all his employees try the all different therapies offered so they can give personal, informed descriptions.

My visit is already changing my health journey in practical, applicable ways, taking guesswork out of whether certain supplements are really working or whether I just hope they are. (Eg. The omega-3 supplement I'm taking is doing an excellent job. I should continue as is. My vitamin D is very good, but I could increase it because females need a little extra. On the other hand, I need more support for ___ .)
