It I could leave 0 stars I would , very unprofessional here , I came to get a tb test done for work, the nurse had no manners I had my baby in the stroller & was trying to get through the door and nurse wouldn’t even hold the door for me , she did my tb test and left me bleeding a lot I had a long sleeve so I didn’t want to stain my shirt and she was trying to send me out the door I said no I need a bandage I’m still bleeding and then she went to get me a bandage , I also needed forms signed for my work but they said they would print it out for me so I had emailed them the forms to get it signed , I come back 2 days later and mind you I brought extra forms just incase they didn’t print it out , the lady examined my arm and I told her I need to get these forms signed for my job and she said no your health care provider has to sign that I said no I came here to do my tb test which mean I need a signature from you guys and she kept arguing back and forth with me about it and then finally she asked someone and they told her to sign it I’m guessing they didn’t write in the system that I needed the forms signed, imagine if I hadn’t brought new forms it would of been more chaotic , it’s so unprofessional here and unorganized nurses don’t know what to do I would not recommend coming here at all

Inexperienced nurses. I have taken three times my baby and every time the doctor asks for re-measuring my baby’s height because she was surprised by the wrong measurement as well as they struggle too much to do initial basic tests such as blood pressure, temperature and other things. The nurse makes you undress the baby almost 15 minutes before the doctor comes in for the physical test which makes the baby feel cold and makes his sickness even worse. In addition, most of doctors are not physicians, but they are practitioner and afraid too much to prescribe any medication. Your patience would have severe symptoms, but they would ask you to give him water and rest. I hope they would improve their service.

We had a doctor appointment 3:00 pm but it took really long and we had to meet at 4:30 really disappointing. It wasn’t just us everyone was upset. we were waiting for 2 hours, but only got 5 minutes to talk with the doctor

I came here for a TB test with the treatment nurse who asked me if it was ok for the student to administer my TB test which I said no - the treatment nurse was then very rude to me. After she had given me my shot she had me hold a tissue to the spot as it bled a little bit, she had walked away to do something and then came back and aggressively asked to hold the tissue (which was no longer bleeding). She was extremely aggressive and pushed down on my arm to the point I told her to stop and left immediately. This nurse should NOT BE WORKING WITH PATIENTS. This was extremely violating to me and made me so uncomfortable I had never felt that way while receiving care from a health care professional. This woman was older and should NOT be a nurse. Why even ask the patient if it’s ok for a student nurse to do things if you are just going to be offended by the patients answer?

Canceled both kids appointment without calling or emailing me before/About the cancelation. Couldn't get their medical records/Immunization Records. My husband had 2.5 Inches of glass in his finger but the concord health center said it was "Just Tender" And sent him home. 4 Days later, the glass came out on his own. And they refuse to communicate with My lawyers

I hope you don't have plans that day you go see your doctor, or any other facility in this center. Why? Going there is like going to a pot luck lunch, will i be seen at my allowed time or will i be shoved in a room and waiting for an hour? Oh want your medical records good luck because no one is ever in the office. Need a medical document signed and sent out by your doctor? Allow 10 days or in my case 3 weeks for them to get around to doing it. There is no sense of urgency in this place at all, the attitude of the staff suck. I will not be returning here, I fear for the welfare of myself and my child as they never pick up the phone and appointments come around once in a blue moon. This is ridiculous. Call yourself a doctors office? I think you should really consider how you run and operate this place.

This place sucks. I’ve called numerous times and no one is picking up the phone. Team members for help and no one is there and when someone actually picked up immediately they hung it up. Why? People need help and no one is there to simply answer a phone call. If they don’t want to work then close this business down because it’s an embarrassment to the community

they dont care about anyone they cancelled all my appointments and said i didnt show up when every department they schedule me for, called and cancelled or when i showed up up no one was there. if you enjoy living look for a unlicensed doctor you might get better treatment with no questions ask and a low price. county will kill you before a street doctor would
