Great, friendly and efficient staff. Michelle and Allyson were great! There was another pretty young girl but I didn't ask for her name. They did the best customer service.

Front desk/office staff make you feel as if our time is not valuable - it seems as if because they have to be there all day working that we have to be at their disposal with our time - supposedly only 1 office staff/manager can issue the Activity Status Report paperwork one needs to be released for the appointment which means that they rudely tell you to just sit down and wait because only 1 person can issue this form so you can leave. On my next visit I was instructed to deliver paperwork via my workman’s comp rep to the office and the same office staff/manager was not in any way helpful but rather I was received with more rudeness from this person. Their customer service is lacking greatly! Do they not realize that the work they have chosen to perform is service oriented, they need to reflect and improve or look for employment where they don’t deal with people and “customer service”. The reason all patients are here is NOT because they want to be, they’re ill or injured. It seems the patients are the ones that are expected to have much patience with the office staff when it should be that the staff should be treating patients with much kind patience and service!

Very professional and courteous. Forms are done electronically using ones mobile device. I came in for a physical and drug exam, because it is an Urgent Care facility patients with urgent medical needs receive a higher priority, this was what happened during my exam, which caused a delay. Overall, I would recommend this place again.

The wait time after seeing the doctor is long in y case I have other appointments and the buses takes time. So I really appreciate if they give an appointment time to respect the time of the appointment given to me. I've asked the girl to order me a lift and she was mean like she pays put of her pocket.

I went to the doctors originally in the first doctor ordered x-rays not much was said my second visit with some female doctor. I don’t remember her name. She told me that I had degenerative bones and arthritis. I asked if an MRI would show tissue damage. Long story short, she told me she didn’t know! I know that an MRI will show tissue damage and I believe I have tissue damage. Needless to say I’m not impressed with your doctors! And I’m giving you a 00 to

I was able to check in fast for a TB test, no waiting. I was taken in for the test within a few minutes. When returning for the results they were available and special documents from the CDCR were signed.

I love my doctor, Dr. Bos. She got me scheduled for surgery as fast as possible, did an amazing job repairing my broken wrist, and I really appreciate her calm demeanor when we meet.

The only downside of going to Concentra is that I’ve had to wait over an hour to get called back and put into a room every cust. My initial visit to meet with a different doctor to get my referral to my referral took so long just to meet with a doctor who barely spoke to me, didn’t take X-rays like she was supposed to, and I told her my splint was causing pain and she took one look and said it’s fine. Prescribed me some kind of anti inflammatory medication that I’ve never heard of and had more warning labels than a list of side effects from a medication commercial. I was too afraid to take it.

All in all, the staff at the front is very friendly, I’m incredibly thankful I was assigned to Dr. Bos, they just need to work on scheduling to get patients in at an appropriate time - especially when they have an appointment.
