The liquid cooler on my computer failed after about a year. I called and spoke with Becky and James. They were both so pleasant to talk with. I wanted to use a local shop and they had great reviews. They put a new, even better double fan one in and even cleaned up some liquid they found. They tested it overnight and I could not be happier. The price was very reasonable. All staff are super nice people, and know their stuff. Glad I found them. Thanks to all. Would recommend for sure.

Took my two laptops in wanted music transferred from laptop one to laptop 2 dropped it off guy I think is James had it for 5/6 hours. Charge me $70 took it home. It wasn’t transferred took it back the next day dropped it off at 9:30 in the morning. Went back to pick it up at 4:30 and they said they needed more time. how much more time did you need another day? Another week? Bottom line is they never even looked at it. My screen was exactly where I left it. What could possibly be so hard transfer in music that I had a friend of mine who was not even a computer wizard transfer music for me a year ago on another laptop it took him less than 30 minutes, this place sucks and they ripped me off $70

I can't say enough good about this business, I was greeted by James and Becky with smiles and appreciation for my visit. They were both friendly and informative. They knew my needs and how to take care of the problems I was having. The knowledge these people have is worth much more than I can say, just let me say that with all the issues I was having with my computers, they solved all of them to my great satisfaction.

Very polite and professional.

I accidentally shattered the screen on my IPhone 11 Pro Max one day at work. I went in and spoke with James. He said they actually have an apple screen in stock for my exact phone. I told him to go ahead and fix it. He was able to fix it that day.

I’ve been using the phone for about two weeks now with zero issues.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and if I have a problem with any other type of device I’ll definitely be bringing it to them.

If I could give no starts I would, NO customer service, missed commitments, calling me a liar at every turn, “That’s not true” to everything I repeated they said, charged me more than quoted and told me they notified me (no). Didn’t return calls and when I was upset and left a message saying so, a technician called the next morning and yelled at me for leaving such a message. To top it off accused me of trying to take an extra power cord and even stated they would watch the security footage when I stated I brought the whole thing. Stay far, far away as they apparently don’t need business when they treat CUSTOMERS so badly.
