I have been to 3 other doctor’s offices in the last 8 years, & I started seeing Dr. Nogueras a year ago & w/out a doubt, she has been the best mental health doctor I have had.
To start, the office staff has always been incredibly helpful & nice & even when I have to leave a message, they are super quick to return my call. They are always friendly. I have always felt they are just as supportive in my mental health journey too. The office appearance is extremely clean & decorated for any holiday, & it’s warm & inviting overall.
Dr. Nogueras has always been incredibly helpful, offers suggestions to help me get better (which is not always treatments w/medication as people tend to think doctors do). In fact, she looks for ways to decrease the amount of medicine my prev doctor had me on. She’s suggested good books, home remedies to help w/ worry, stress, & anxiety, suggested therapists (who’ve been extremely helpful too), suggested outdoor/recreational remedies such as beach walks, focusing on hobbies, etc, & has been a positive impact on my weight loss journey (which was not even something I expected from a psychiatrist), & has even spoke to me about different support groups.
My prev doctor only wanted my money. I would walk in, he would ask if there have been any good/bad changes, write the prescription & send me on my way. When I tried to say I needed more than 5-10 mins of his time & was paying for it, he was defensive & did not care at all.
Dr. Nogueras offers her time, goes above & beyond, esp when she knows I need the extra help, & is very patient w/ me. When I ask her to explain my mental health issues in detail to how it relates to my current situation & what I can do to correct my behavior, she always takes the time & shows she cares for my overall mental health. She’s helped me to see sometimes what is happening is outside my control & not always something I did entirely on my own & has taught me other people make it easy to place the blame but sometimes it’s the other person who needs to take responsibility or even that it could be both parties (me & the other person).
If I could give her 10 stars, I would. There is no perfect doctor, but she does a PHENOMENAL job & is kind & caring & understands people need help w/mental health, & she has NEVER disappointed!!

I do not recommend Doctor Nogueras or this facility. My daughter was seen for ADHD (which was listed as a specialty of this particular psychiatrist)
and she had very limited knowledge of the various types of ADHD. She also was 25min late to do the evaluation and still charged $400 for it. When my daughter asked if she could leave the visit after waiting alone in the room for almost 30 min, the doctor replied that she would charge for the full hour no matter what. She did not seem caring or very knowledgeable and I hope others will not waste their time and money like we did.

Met with Dr. Nogueras for intake, and it was clear she was not a good fit for me. She seemed keen to only affirm her initial observations, some of which were deductions she made from witnessing me talk to the receptionist (I mentioned their clock was showing the wrong time). We talked for an hour and she handed me 2-3 questionnaires which were basically self-report assessments. I decided not to continue with her and paid the $40 fee. Later I found out that the provider charged the insurance over $800 for this fruitless visit, inflating the bill with codes for "tests", "therapy" and other exaggerations (of course, I was requested to pay my part which made this whole visit even more of a waste).

I have been a patient for almost 2 years. I will first say that the Doctor is by no means the problem, she has been very carrying and helpful..
The problem seems the be the support staff.
Over the last few months I have made several phone calls in refs to medication issues and never can you speak to a person and never do they return a voice message.
A couple of weeks ago I did miss an appointment and I have called three time to attempt to reschedule and again never received a return call.
At this point it time to find another office.

First of all I have been seeing my provider since before cmps took over and she is amazing. My problem is with the ones who took over and changed EVERYTHING. I used to be able to get a hold of my provider easily and the staff always called back but not since cmps changed everything. it is impossible to even get a return call or even talk to my providers assistant until the day of my appointment. I have very negative feelings about the new-ish company that took over especially dealing with people's psychiatric needs and not even being able to get a hold of anyone when it comes to needing your medications. My husband and I have called every day multiple times and left multiple messages and still have yet to get a single call back from ANYONE. this has been since Monday now Thursday mind you and all we need is our meds sent to a different pharmacy. It's just very irresponsible not calling the patients back ESPECIALLY when jt comes to dealing with people's mental health!!!!!!! Cmps needs to do better and make it easier to get in contact with someone who can help because obviously leaving a message gets you nowhere with this company.

Dr. Nogueras and her staff are the epitome of excellent client service. I have been seeing Dr. Nogueras approximately 2 years. She is very knowledgeable, timely , and caring. She sees me as a whole person and cares about my overall well being. I love the compassion she shared.
My mental health has improved because she prescribed me the right medication and also asked for my opinion in medication changes. In addition, she cares about my health overall. There has been no delays in sending my medication to the pharmacy. Whenever I need an emergency appointment, She and her staff work diligently to get me scheduled.
The office is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend Dr. Nogueras. I’ve also had virtual appointments which has made it convenient for me during the times I’m not available to go the office. If I could give Dr. Nogueras and her staff 10 stars I would. Their smiling attitudes always make my day!!

This Dr is a joke and that hurts me to say but it's the truth. She handed me a xerox copy of my medications to get filled but I couldn't get them filled because they were controlled substances. Shouldn't a Dr know this? To make matters worse, the office didn't call me back , or rectify their error. I left a detailed message saying i couldn't get these prescriptions filled. I am going on day 3 now without my medication and still have not heard back from this doctor. Shame on you Dr Nogueras! I guess it's time to report you to the Department of Health I. TALLAHASSEE for total lack of competency and neglect of a patients health . I'm discussed with her lack of professionalism and empathy towards her patients care.

I find that the staff and doctors are very courteous and helpful whether it be on the phone or in person. I have been visiting the OP office for a number of years now.
