I've been going here for 13 years I've worked with Dr. Dwight Bass and his son for all that time. I used to love coming in here for my DOT physical because they were easy quick, relatively cheap and professional. I went in today and found out that they had almost doubled their physical price to $150 which is unreal and when I made a comment about it. Brian which I'm not even sure who he is all but picked me out. They have a new PA in there which doesn't know what he's doing and he tried to give me a 3 month physical saying that I need to get a sleep apnea test which I've never been required to in the last 13 years by any of the doctors at this place.

This place lacks professionalism, empathy, any real consideration for long-term patients or patients at all

The way this place conducted my drug test ultimately had me kicked out of my internship program, and I don't take any kinds of recreational drugs at all!

The woman conducting the collection told me that my sample was invalid based on her observations. I asked her what this meant because I was completely confused by how she determined my sample to have suspicious characteristics, and she didn't have a definitive answer for me. I was even asked to lift my shirt and drop my pants to show her I wasn't holding any fake pee. Ultimately, the barcode the internship sent me was used as an "unable to provide sample", which violated my contract.

I left in frustrated tears and confusion over how my sample was not tested. I tried following up a week later, and I am still confused about that day. If you want any chance at a straightforward, non-biased drug test collection, go ANYWHERE else.

EDIT: I'm unable to respond to owner's response separately, but since you mentioned your records, I want to add that I waited for an hour drinking water and attempted a second sample in front of the aforementioned woman but physically could not complete it and gave up. I do not recall several attempts being made.

Both this location and my internship has made it clear to me that leaving before the 3hr mark was my error, but *my review is based on my initial sample not being processed and poor communication*. Frankly, the first part of the owner's response was the clearest explanation I have gotten and I shouldn't have to write a bad review to receive that. Thank you for your response.

This place is rude and out of line they called my work and said I missed four appointment's.Fact is my work only scheduled one. It's was not there place to call my work. Fact was I suffer from high blood pressure and if I did not get my blood pressure down I would fail the physical. They treated me badly and once they called my potential job my blood pressure was soaring. It was not there place to call and complain to my work all they had to do was ask me. Never in my life have I been around such unprofessional people. Once they called me in they were very short and uncourteous to me. Instead of finish my respirator fit test I was told to give a urine sample which I did gladly. Then I was told it was no good and to give another immediately which I needed a few minutes. They started acting rude. I took my first sample and was leaving when I was attacked. I walked out the door shaking my head. What is wrong with these people. They did not help my blood pressure and are not professional and should not be recommended by anyone. I had to go to a better place that day. All was well once I left Comprehensive Medical Joke......in regards to your reply I threatened no one and I had blood pressure issues for the appointment's I scheduled. Your known for calling potential employers and making unwarranted problems. Just wait and you will be sued. The video will be proof you attacked me. It also shows how you delayed the specimen from being in the temperature it needed to be. You targeted me and sent my blood pressure through the roof. You have my email so forward the video please so I can further my efforts. You helped no one with your nonsense and create problems. Shame on you.

A company sent me here and they took forever. Dr. Bass wouldnt pass me on my physical which I just passed for DMV elsewhere cuz of 2 meds I've taken over 20 yrs. He said I needed a nuerologist to clear me. I told him I dont have a neurologist. He seemed confused and in need of retirement.

If I could give zero I would. Randan Bass,MD (license # G85234) is the WORST provider I have ever seen in my life. Off the bat he never introduced himself or greeted me. He left the door open when having my appointment so anyone can hear my medical information ( major HIPPA violation). As the appointment went on he told me I need to see my PCP so I look go on my phone to look for the first appointment. He then proceeded, in a extremely hostile manner, to put my phone down on the chair next to me. I turned my phone off and set it in my lap. That aggravated him, and he continued to demand me to set my phone down in the chair as if I was a child. He then proceeded to walk out of the room to get a medical assistant. As he was coming back in the room he continue chastising me by telling me I was unprofessional and rude. I then told him that he was being unprofessional and rude. Instead of apologizing to me, he continued to argue and chastise me by saying that I was unprofessional, rude, impolite, and a list of other unprofessional things to say to a patient. I asked him if there was any other providers that I can see. That’s when he said “so you don’t want to see me.” I told him that if he is going to continue being rude and disrespectful. He said “OK then we are done” and walked out of the room.

Side note the front desk person was very cold too. She never said hi or welcome when I walked in. Also rude but not as rude as Randan.

Yesterday was my second visit to this place, Lauren was awesome, very friendly, professional and efficient, however the doctor was too fast with his exam, barely gave anything more than half a second. I’m giving 4 cuz of the doctor (I would give 5 for Lauren).

Who charges $100 per drug test? These people do. I had to take a test out of town. It cost me $60 at that facility. When Comprehensive Medical received it they billed me another $100. How does it make sense to pay $160 for a test out of town, when I already paid for it? Furthermore, I was due for another test that day. They double charged my AMEX for that test. Literally billed me $300 for two tests, one of which was completed with another facility and paid for that day at the other facility. They also released MY FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to someone that should not have it on an email! Also, you can’t talk to anyone to resolve any issues. This place is horrible! They gouge you with $100 tests, screw up their billing, and release non public information on accident then do. NOTHING about it. All of their licenses should be pulled and the place should be shut down! Avoid at all costs!

I called before I came in for a drug test to make sure that it was okay to come in any time. Got off work early rushed to get there before they closed. And when I got there they said. Oh no, whoever told you that it was okay to come this late was wrong. So I missed work and did not get my drug test done and have to come back again.
