Used to go here, for many years. Company is disorganized, calling in is a joke, constant turnover, sort of a pain and suffering mill going there. If you stay a few rounds, great for them and if you bolt, they know they have 25,000 more mentally ill in the area. Waiting room is dirty and trashy, this is not a welcominig environment.

Don't go here. You will run out of whatever medication you are on because you are never able to book an appointment due to them constantly "having issues with their phones". Issues meaning they never answer them and you can never leave a voicemail because it's always full. If on that rare occassion you do get ahold of someone, your appointment will be a week or two after it's due and an hour and half drive to whatever location is good for them.

I've only had one receptionist "Q", ever try to help me. The rest are a broken record who read off whatever obvious script they are given.

Personally, I have no idea how this place makes any money. Considering stuff like that fully depends on being able to do things like book appointments. Or being able to contact a doctor when needed. (Another skill that is somehow completely lost on them. Better hope that your pharmacy will still have that medication in stock, once your prescription is ready to be filled).

You are better off just dialing 911.

Use to be a good place. I would give them a negative star if I could. My last appointment with them only lasted one minute on the phone. This place has really gone down hill. They don't care about mental health all the good people have gone to Natura Behavior Health in Austintown

If you need to schedule an appointment, they never answer the phone, they let it ring and don’t call back. They don’t listen to patients needs, definitely not sincere or genuine. Good Luck if you need a refill on any medications.. better off switching to Coleman.

They literally forgot to tell me they didn’t take my insurance ON THE DAY OF MY appointment after I received nothing but confirmation after confirmation of my appointments through text messages and phone calls. I was sitting and waiting for 17 min before I CALLED THEM. Apparently they don’t open till 8:30. I was scheduled for 8:00. And then that’s when they said “sorry we don’t take your insurance” …… well then. Would’ve been nice to know before I received nothing but confirmation from you guys….and I should have been reached out to be told the news.

My daughter has severe schizophrenia and they treat it like a joke. They don't call back for appointments when they say they will. On the day she is to receive her meds they often cancel because the nurse left for a family emergency every Friday. While I'm having a real family emergency. They try to send u to different offices then you drive all the way there to find out they don't carry it in that office. Very unorganized very unprofessional I wouldn't go here for anything very serious as it is not serious to them.

absolutely horrible medication management. nobody seems to know how to do their job considering im constantly left without my anxiety and depression medication due to doctors/nurses not sending my prescription in, even after i had an appointment a whole WEEK prior. i have never in my life experienced such carelessness and poor management by a business in my life. thank you CBA for leaving me to withdrawal on my medications!

So I have been going here for well about 8 or 9 years. I rated a 4 instead of 5 because at one point I stopped all meds and the nurse practioner randomly tested me, so I said nothing will show in my system but I can give a pill count. They said they would call Monday and never did. I called that Tuesday and the receptionist at the time was Lisa and she said your not getting your meds and I agree. I them asked to schedule a new appt to discuss leaving their office and was told I couldn't schedule appt for that. I asked for medical records and was told I needed them to be faxed to new Dr. Finally I did get a appt with Dr. M and explained everything and told him I wanted copy of all my records to take to new place and I wanted to see what was in my file. He asked what he could do for me to stay and I explained needing my medication and therapy but was "labled" he agreeded to be the only one to see me except for renewal appts. He is very nice, caring and compassionate with his job. Even when I try to just not talk , he gets me to talk and he gives me insight when I don't see it. I saw a councwlor name Jess that was amazing, but she left so I need to find her because she is a 1 in a million. Trust me I've seen a million. If you truly want help there is someone for you, even if it's not here. If you only want the meds well it's just not going to work. I can't go without meds and everytime I have I have got my mouth into something. I have to work my program and if you are reading reviews then you know you do also. Just find someone that you are comfortable with and don't ever give up. Thank you Dr. M. And Jess for all the help. I wouldn't be able to even think clear to acknowledge this without you guys in my corner. Don't let me fall🙌
