Not a review for the doctors (who are excellent) but for the billing. It's 2024 and this group requires you to either call to pay your bill by phone or (and I can't believe this) write your card details on the invoice and mail it back to them. Calling the number on the invoice took 2 transfers and a wait before I could talk to a human. Please update your billing system reflect the same level of care that your physicians provide.

After seeing the same person from another medical group for almost 3 years, I was never satisfied so I decided to change providers. On my first visit, I was welcomed by a friendly staff. My wait was less than 5 minutes before I was called, vitals taken and I was placed in a room. After another short wait, in walks Dr. Christopher. He showed genuine concern for me as a person, not just a patient. He continued to assure me that he worked for me and he would always consult me about my care. I was then taken to the lab for blood tests. The phelobotomist had inspirational words. She had finished taking my blood and I wasn't even aware that she had started. For the best medical care, this is the place.
