I have seen Brittany Washington in this office a handful of times and it has always been a pleasant experience from the time I walk through the door. The staff are courteous and Brittany always listens to my concerns and helps me process through next steps. I know she always has my best interest in mind!

Rating on behalf of my wife who's been a patient here for 5+ years.
"I was rushed through and hurried into the exam area where Dr Harris barely spoke and was dismissive whenever I asked about medications and ongoing symptoms. I was shoo-shooed out as indifferently as I was rushed in.
Then arriving at the pharmacy the next day I learned that my medications were not called in. Very important medications that I cannot go without taking. It was a weekend so I had to wait until the following Monday to get it all straightened out and Tuesday before I got my medicine.
Honestly I feel as if i was more of an inconvenience than a patient and my concerns irrelevant. Dr Harris will have to do better, especially since I drive an extra 30 miles just to use that facility.
I'm now considering changing Doctors as a result."

I have only seen Brittany Washington and I love her. She is very nice and wants to get to the bottom of things. I pray she don’t leave Springville Compete Health. She don’t look down on you , feel so comfortable with her. With her it’s like sitting down with a friend.

Dr. Harris was helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions about any problem. He is always patient. I felt better after seeing him. It was good to know I have lost some weight. He continues to monitor my kidneys.

Love these people. I see Dr. Harris every 6 months for my routine checkup and cholesterol meds. He’s also helped out with my asthma issues and gym injuries. The whole group is a blessing.
