Literally the worst front desk staff possible for a doctors office. Customer Service is not a prerequisite to work here for sure. My adventure started when they called to reschedule my already scheduled appointment on the 5th of February, when I called them back I was transferred to Dr. Browns office where his staff were rude to say the least. The WORST!!!!!! They were not mean they were the opposite, they were laughing the whole time and nothing seemed like it was important to them. I would never recommend Dr Browns office can’t speak for Complete Health. Hope this saves someone else time and dissatisfaction. There are many other options here.

I will not be returning to this location. Needed to get established with a PCP. Handling of insurance, billing, and registration of providers is a mess with Complete Health. I have had multiple calls with them with no results. Still have outstanding co-pays where it is clear I do not owe what is being asked. Overall, treatment plan was dictated by the insurance company; when asked to resubmit an order for imaging and a start the appeal process, there was no response to a message through the patient portal and confirmed it was never completed. Spoke with office manager who said she would follow up, got nothing. Additionally, provider added "conditions" from a previous blood test that was unfounded. Asked it to be removed once condition was verified it did not exist and still would not amend my chart. Don't waste your time.

Be Warned!!

Do not go here. Have been a patient over 20 years.They are way to busy can’t get you in for appointments and are extremely unprofessional and do NOT care about their patients. You will be extremely dissatisfied and just another number on the list of to many patients they are unable to see .

It was a very nice visit from arrival at reception area to departure at checkout. You can tell that Dr G. really cares and is very easy to talk to. Kelly is always thorough and a pleasure to deal with. I fully recommend this facility. Anna in reception is always a sweetheart too.

My wife and I have Been coming here for several years. There were some grouchy and unfriendly people in the past. It seems as they are all gone. My wife and I see Dr. G. He is great. Ann at the desk is wonderful and very helpful. The nurses are also very kind and professional. No complaints at all. It’s always a pleasure to visit.

The office staff are very professional and welcoming. Kelly is amazing. She's professional and compassionate while taking vitals and updating information. Dr. Giorgianni is a caring physician who is very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed. He listens to any concerns and explains treatment options. He has my complete trust.

Nicole was very responsive to my needs and very professional. I have seen her regularly, and she is always very pleasant and knowledgeable, an excellent health provider.
