Efficient rapid check in. Dr Melendez Torres is caring and truly listens. She explains every concern and recommends appropriate medication and treatment. Referrals to specialist doctors and providers is appropriate to condition. Refills are promptly. The entire team at Complete health are knowledgeable. They have X-rays and hematology on site. I called on phone and it only took 35 minutes on hold to get through. Not bad, but when speaking with office worker she said yes we take both of your insurances. She said hold on a moment so she could get some forms for me to fill out for a new patient. On hold again for as long a time with no response. So I drove up to the doctors office and the person at front desk said they do not take my insurances. I'm pretty sure I'm correct as it says so on a web site what they take. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to find out what they are about as my mother in law goes there. I can see now why my mother in law has not been progressing. The people either don't really care and/or they have poor management skills and are very unorganized. Glad I drove up and spoke in person with this office. I would have really disliked finding out after I signed up and have to find another doctor.

Dr. Torres took her time listens to my concerns was able to help me address my shoes at Hand. Dr. Torres always takes the time to review our pertinent medical information and you never leave their feeling like you rush to your visit. The front office staff is amazing. They were both polite and courteous and Sure, I was comfortable from my visit.
I have Medicare and that is not in my network, but my copayment makes it worth going to somebody who knows me and Understand me. Dr. Torres and Dr. Colon Make your visit worthwhile and they actually care. I wish you guys were Network, but I can’t have everything. Anybody on this location? I always refer them to your Office.

She keeps herself available to you when ever you need to see her before your next visit. You can't ask for better care than that. Her techs are very helpful and friendly. Front desk personnel are great. They answer any questions you may have.
