When I was looking for a primary doctor, I was really impressed with intro message when I asked the line, the front desk staff and the staff: Nurse Practitioner Sabrina Blancas. I didn't feel rushed on my first appointment, longest appt really! My telehealth appointment was not rushed either. She listened to me, very helpful and taught me a thing or two about medical stuff too. I really like that they send follow texts and emails of future appointments, notes about your visit and names of your new prescriptions. Overall, AMAZING experience. Highly recommend!

They have too many patients to provide adequate care. You will wait more than a month to get an appointment, you will wait week just to get a call back. I would strongly avoid going here.

I have been a patient of Tara Buck's for several years. She is very professional, caring, genuine practitioner. She listens to you and doesn't rush you. Responds very quickly to text messages and phone calls. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Thanks Tara for the great service!!! The office staff is wonderful.

Well this place isn't legit. I tried making an appointment because I have family that goes here. There was some confusion and I guess I did have an appointment but I didn't realize I did. I tried rescheduling and they said they will not see me because I missed my initial appointment.

That tells me that they don't really care about helping treat people they are only after money. And that makes me not trust them because they are a cash grab business. Do not recommend! Also seeings how I'm a veteran I now feel like they are not veteran friendly!

I've been a patient of Erin Brooks for several years. The wait time has always been short and when Erin sees me, I never feel rushed and she's always attentive. She asks a lot of follow up questions to ensure she gets all of the information she needs. She's very quick to refill my medications when I request them and I've never had a problem.

In my time at this office, I've also been seen by Megan and Dr. Loftis. They are both wonderful providers, good listeners and again, never make the patient feel rushed. The staff at the front desk, and all the people I've met in the office are friendly and understanding. The negative reviews are confusing to me because I reach out to them monthly for medication refills and I've never had any of the issues described. Additionally, I've gone in the office several times a year for several years and still no issues. I've had providers disregard me, not listen and even laugh at me, but I've never experienced anything but quality care here.

This is a wonderful family practice! I see Tara Buck, a nurse practitioner and love that she is caring, empathetic and really listens! The staff are awesome and friendly too. Very thankful I found such a caring place to help keep me healthy!

I have been seeing Tara Buck for at least 10 years now. She is fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. Since she went over to complete care, I have been having nothing but problems reordering medications. It is a pain that I call in, have to wait 72 hours and have to call repeatedly to get refills
