Terrible service, they take a long time to attend to you. They are only interested in money. The first appointment for a physical exam lasted more than three hours, the results were given a month later and the appointment lasted two hours just to pick up the results.

Tried enrolling as a new patient. Place is still trash their third option for all other calls doesn't even work and the woman who I tried explaining this to in the 1st line option line just ignored what I told her and made me call again to the same number. After calling again to tell her again to figure out a solution she just put me on hold instantly and hung up on me never met such an incompetent rude noncaring receptionist in my life. Btw it was option 1s receptionist at 3.20 pm on the 2/5/2025 if any of her higher ups are reading this.

Was told to wait 3 hours after my initial an appointment. No one checked in on the wait time, and no one seemed to be communicating effectively with each other. Only give it a 2 star review because the doctor was friendly and helpful and the woman who took my vitals but it’s completely unprofessional to be seen an hour after your initial appointment, let alone 3-4 hours after!!!

CVS contacted them 5 times about my father's medication refill. I called them twice. They keep saying they'll call me back and nothing. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Shout out to PA Brigitte Marin! She is an amazing healthcare provider. Thank you for giving me your undivided attention and truly looked after my health needs with honesty and dedication. Staff are also very nice. One thing i would add is overall wait time can be lengthy.

If you have insurance, I suggest you don't go here. The staff is nice, wait could be long but it wasn't for me. The doctor is incompetent and seems to be just interested in collecting her paycheck. Quality of care is low, I hope you get a second opinion from a doctor who actually listens to the patient's concerns.

If you planning to choose this clinic please be prepared to wait more than 2 hours even with an appointment. My waiting time today was two hours and 45 min.

Im convinced the people that have given 5 stars are employees, worst medical center I’ve been to. Went for a physical made me wait an hour and when I’m finally in doctor complains on the other office that she is not taking more patients. Comes in and asks me to come another day. I tell her they already charge me, then says they are not supposed to charge copays for physicals since they are free. My neck had a lump and I asked her that since they charge me and wasted my time she should at least see that, barely touch me said she didn’t see anything but prescribed me antibiotics like nothing. Then made me do an appointment for an ultrasound and I asked if I could do it on a Saturday since I work. They say yes, ended up finding out they made 2 appointments for 2 different days despite them promising they would do things on the same day. I don’t have all the time or the money they want me to waste. Talked to them cancel the appointments, and still they kept sending me reminders for the appointments. Have to call 5 times in different days for the appointments to be canceled and they kept saying they will cancel them but they didn’t, even talked with the “manager” and still not cancellation. This place is too disorganized, staff is so rude. They are so all over the place when they were taking my pressure the nurse left me 15 mins with the machine cause someone had messed up the blood samples, another lady barge in and started taking the machine off after seeing me there for so long and the previous nurses starts scolding her saying that new patients should be check by her. They made you do a whole questionnaire with all your info before you get in, just so they can ask you again the same questions twice! The nurse that talked with the doctor that didn’t want to see me cause it was 5 but they scheduled me at 4, started writing my info again in a piece of paper and even the doctor asked her to what for. Then they scolded me cause the guy that draws the blood left at 4:30 so they assumed I was late when I’ve been there for the past hour. Truly a nasty nasty place with awful service. I’m planning on doing a formal complain. This place is only interested on taking your money, don’t even bother
