Austin was so helpful and knowledgeable during a very overwhelming time. He made all equipment easy to use and was able to explain how everything worked. He was flexible and able to understand my capabilities before and after surgery. I highly recommend CMS to anyone!

Since ZERO stars is not an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scammers. The waited 9 months to even submit my claim to my insurance, so guess what happened? the claim got denied and somehow I am stuck with this $500 Bill NOPE. Legally they CAN NOT do this. I have an attorney on standby.

This co is HORRIBLE they have No CLUE what customer service is. They do NOT care if you have an issue, just if they can OVERBILL you and your insurance. If I could Subtract a 100 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM EVER

Austin was very helpful this morning when I went in for my appointment. He explained how to use all of the equipment and it seems like perhaps some of the older issues they've had (that I read about in other reviews) have been ironed out with insurance providers ahead of appointments. Thus far, very professional and I have the option of reaching out to the team whenever I have questions or need assistance with the equipment. If something changes I'll adjust my review but very professional from my experience.
