CCC makes it so easy now. I called - well, I called several times. But, once I got a person on the other end of the phone, the process took maybe 5 minutes. He asked a few questions and then processed me. I was able to pay right then and schedule my appointment with the doctor. I had an appointment a few days later. The interview took maybe 10 minutes. That was it until next year! Can't complain about anything. It was a smooth process from the first contact to the last.

Pleasantly surprised actually. I thought the process would be more rigorous and would have to go through my entire medical history but they worked with me and the process was so simple. My friend recommended them to me due to multiple health and mental issues.

Ashley(when I called) was absolutely amazing. We had trouble sending in our needed documents and we we were able to find an alternative to get them in!! Sarah and Dr Buege were amazing and understanding. They took the time to calm me because I become super anxious and am a rambler but they assured me it was okay and that I was able to relax. I would 100% recommend this place. It's affordable, it's convenient, and it's simple.

It was an easy process, the staff was courteous. The reason I didn’t give it a 5, is because the day after I made and paid for my renewal, I received an email for $25 off. It would’ve been nice to receive it PRIOR to making my appointment. The coupon was good until the end of the month, and I’m still waiting for a phone call to see if CCC will honor their coupon.

The Doctors and nurses are extremely professional. Exceptionally easy to schedule with CCC. Also they are very good at giving you reminder calls n emails. I would highly recommend CCC.

My experience with Compassionate Certification Centers could not have been better. They were friendly, timely and very professional. When I had my virtual appointment with the certifying doctor I felt very at ease and all my questions were answered. I will definitely be using CCC for all my re-certifications.

I’ve been using CCC for my medical marijuana certification for several years. I’m always treated well and they are happy to address any concerns I have. I love that they remind me when I need to schedule my yearly appointment. I also love that I can see the doctor virtually. If you’re in need of a new certification or recertification for medical marijuana I highly recommend CCC.
