My grandmother had to have emergency knee surgery in June and we needed to find someone that could take care of her at home throughout her recovery. Compassion First Home Health Services was recommended to me by someone at my church. I gave them a call and within hours they were able to staff a full-time aide, who even came with us to pick her up from the hospital. Because she needs care around the clock, we opted for a weekend aide as well. My grandmother absolutely adores her two Aides and has made significant progress in her recovery due to their meticulous care. I would recommend this agency to anyone that I truly love.

My mother has been receiving personal care live-in services for the past 4 years from Compassion First Home Health Services. My mother requires moderate to maximum assistance and has behavioral problems. The aides have been exceptional in their care delivery, compassionate and empathetic. My mother loves them. Highly recommend! Needed their services for a grandparent, she had hip surgery and was struggling to find a ride to and from appointments. The office manager was wonderful in facilitating the care specialists to be on-time for my grandmother to get where she needed to be. They even offered services to help get her to and from church. All of the staff sent was respectful, trustworthy, and professional. Cannot recommend them enough.

Compassion First is the best, from the aides to the administration side of things. Compassion must have a very thorough screening process as every aide we have had has been terrific. One would naturally expect that the qualifications are in check, but it is the sincerity and interest the aides show toward your loved one which is unique. It is obvious that this is a career and not just a job for the aides.

Compassion First is very easy to work with, as they are flexible to meet the family’s needs. They are very adaptable to the changing conditions that might arise over the course of time.
