For a long time I thought I didn't need therapy and was basically against it. However, some time ago I had some issues arise unexpectedly that convinced me to try it. To say i was nervous would be an understatement. Thankfully, she welcomed me in and treated me with the upmost respect. We have built a great rapport because she is honest, listens extremely well, and she is very personable. I will never forget when I first messaged her about what was going on, and she responded quickly. She's stays up to date on the various treatment methods that are available, and helped me reach a lot of epiphanies. If you are looking for counseling I strongly encourage you to go here. Now I actually look forward to therapy, which I never thought I would say. Tuesday is an amazing asset to have!!
