Please don’t go to this clinic. Also, don’t make the mistake I did by giving a down payment to hold my appointment and then when I cancelled 4 weeks before the appointment the doctor said they wouldn’t give me my money back. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I have never heard such a thing.
If you read the reply from the owner he is saying that he will gladly give me a refund but when I try contacting them they don’t answer the phone. They have my number. If he really wanted to make things right he could call me or add the money back on my card. I also went in person 8/27/24 @3:00 pm to cancel the appointment that was scheduled for the 24th of September. This was going to be my first appointment with them. For an immigration medical exam . They are denying my deposit. They did not cancel the transaction. The transaction went through he has no intention to give me back my money. If he did , he would have cancelled the transaction or written me a check. Now I have to dispute it with my bank . He didn’t give me the service. He wants to keep $800 for an appointment that I cancelled 4 weeks ahead of time. Please don’t go to this place. Save yourself a headache and don’t allow these thieves to try and take your money.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I went there two times, the first was OK, however the second time I waited TWO HOURS for a scheduled appointment. You should NOT wait two hours for a scheduled appointment. Especially considering I was in pain if I sat for long periods of time. The front desk, who I believe is the providers wife said that he arrived late that morning pushing all of the appointments back... I didn't realize the utter incompetency could get worse until I got into the office to speak to the provider finally and he told me all he could offer me was physical therapy, when I was in severe back pain and should have gotten an MRI. The provider threatened me when I asked for an MRI stating that they would "poke and prod me with needles" if the physical therapy didn't work. He also refused to give me another restrictions sheet and stated that "your restrictions can be whatever you want". Which is NOT true. These providers are contracted to your large corporation insurance & employers, and do NOT look out for the best interest of their patients, it's disgusting. Fast forward about 6 months, my attorneys have changed my provider, and I have had my QME evaluation and the first thing the non-bias doctor wanted was what An MRI. The QME evaluator was absolutely appalled by the lack of care I was given by Jeevan DNP. Just like they all do, Jeevan DNP took an oath when he became a provider to do no harm. Not prescribing me proper pain meds or treatment did me harm, now with pain in other areas of my body due to not giving me the treatment I needed. Also, the office ladies are extremely rude, and will not help you. All in all stay away from this office, and lawyer up! Change your provider!

In response to the workplaces response - if you had one bad review it would be a coincidence, but several stating very similar and awful experiences is not. You can say I am lying all you'd like (just like you did with the other terrible reviews), but I don't think I would have changed my provider after that appointment if you were good at your job and if Jeevan DNP didn't do what I stated in my review. Theres no need for a sit down, as you should have just done your job right in the first couple of times you saw me as a patient. I have found the avenue to report you to the state board for nurse practitioners and will be placing a complaint so that hopefully your practice and it's negligent ways will be looked into!!!

I have had the worst experience with a Work Comp case for one of our employees. I am not the patient but a representative of my employer. We were shoved into using a new provider after Chico Immediate Care closed and the care at COMP is unbelievably substandard to say the least. Today was the last straw! I am trying to advocate for our employee as he would like to get a work status form so that he can come back to work with restrictions if necessary or to be released all together. I have documentation of every email sent, phone calls made leaving messages for a return call and even FAXED a letter begging to get any type of returned correspondence. CRICKETS!! I finally got our Work Comp carrier involved and the adjuster did not receive a return call after leaving 2 messages as well. Shocker! Our employee was talked down to rudely when he stated he was ready to go back to work with restrictions at his last visit. The doctor stated "Are you the doctor or am I?" I finally received a call back today from the most professional doctor of all times....NOT!! At the end of our conversation the doctor said "Lady, go to hell!" then hung up on me! The tone of voice, arrogance and disrespect is mind blowing. I read all of the other reviews and now understand why COMP - Chico/Oroville has a 2.2 rating! I am actually surprised it's that high but I am guessing they have staff and friends write the positive reviews...just a hunch. We will be switching to a new provider to better serve our employees! RUN if someone states you need to go to COMP! You'll be stuck in the hamster wheel and never get back to work. Never have I ever encountered such dysfunction in the medical field. UNBELIEVABLE!

The RUDEST doctor I have ever met.
Front desk staff are also just as rude. Go somewhere else if you can.
I unfortunately have heard other experiences similar to mine from my co workers. 😔

Are you responding to me on this review by threatening/accusing me of fraud? I believe that sort of accusation should probably be made privately. Thank you so much proving what I say and feel is relevant.

Unfortunately, I had to use this ‘business’ for a work related injury that occurred in December. Since my initial appointment on 1/16 I have been trying to get in contact with a doctor here, with zero luck. Currently, I am on reduced hours, fully healed, (I sustained a break in my 5th metatarsal, which the typical heal time is 6 weeks), and about to be evicted since I cannot get ahold of anyone here to release me back to work full time. It’s especially unfortunate that this ‘business’ does not care that I am a special education teacher and everyday that I am not able to go back to work full time, children are being greatly affected. If y’all would like to give me I call I would absolutely love that! I know some of your other (hilariously inappropriate) replies on here pretend to not know the poster, so to be clear, this is Sarah Goddard, birthday 6-29-1992.

I can understand why the in office wait is terrible with this being the only office in chico for work comp. But the doctor is so unprofessional, it feels like he doesn't care about his job or patients. I had an appointment at 7AM, I had no contact until he called me at 10PM. My appointments are never when they say they will be, and when he says he will call half the time he doesn't and I have to go in and wait for hours. When I told him to please not call me that late he asked if I just wanted release forms emailed to me. I've been with this doctor through work comp since February and if I had the choice I'd go somewhere else.

If you ever have to go here for a workers comp injury, be aware that the "drop in" will have you waiting for at least 3 hours. The doctor is nice but they do not allow you to log into their wifi and they leave you in a room for over an hour waiting on the doctor. I noticed this time how nasty the ceiling is, lots of water damage and seeing this big dead cockroach in the lighting fixture,... Good thing it's not a restaurant. Obviously their is no competition for hospitals accepting workers comp.

My experience over the last 2 years with this office was terrible. Jeevan Suhas has consistently been unprofessional, rude and erratic. The office dropped me as a patient when I requested to go back to Dr. McKinney for treatment due to Jeevan's behavior. The wait time was consistently over and hour late for most recent appointments and then given a 5 minute rushed phone call. The only reason they are receiving 1 star is my experience with Dr. McKinney was positive.

In response to your response:
I had requested my phone appointments be recorded because of Jeevon’s behavior. That request was never accommodated, if it had been you would owe me and many of his other patients and apology. For me to “speak up” about my experience does not justify you accusing me of verbal abuse. Your response is not surprising, just disappointing. It’s really too bad that you’re the only local clinic available. I’m guessing that’s why your NP hasn’t been held accountable for his actions thus far.
