Dr. Simmons has helped so many women, with her real, transparent and practical help. She is very passionate about what she does and it's evident by the way she deals with individuals. I have had the pleasure of having her on FB live to discuss various mental health issues, needless to say, she left us with a sense of necessity to take care of ourselves mentally and she removed the stigmas that surround seeking mental healthcare.
